comlaby would be better quality. I tried their instant chat to lodge a query and it said they'd email me when someone answered my question. That was more than a week ago and I've heard nothing. It's a massive scam. You can get the same shoes, just with a logo on them from Temu or Shein at about $20 per pair. I specifically ordered from here because I wanted to support an Australian business, becaiae that's what they claimed to be. Giess I got scammed.

The brand pushes this “proudly Australian owned” image, but the product is straight drop-shipped from China. That alone might be tolerable if the quality backed it up — but it absolutely doesn’t.
Customer service was rude, dismissive, and completely unhelpful when I raised issues about shipping, which tells you everything you need to know.
This isn’t just a bad product — it’s a complete rip-off. Save your money and look elsewhere.

Bought because they said they are great for Plantar Fasciitis, NOT, they are not well padded with no arch support, they actually brought back my plantar fasciitis after 12 months of wearing ugly shoes to get rid of it. The slippers have an hard outer material and due to an issue during delivery, they arrived misshapen and unwearable. I wear an 8, ordered an 8.5 in case they ran small, but they are still too short. I’d suggest ordering a size up from your normal size. I have contacted support and received an email straight back saying they will happily replace the slippers.
