Sofa Rehab

Extraordinary customer service and communication from Ryan. I needed a transformer for a King Living sofa. I got no help in store and only chatbots from their phone and online support. A quick email to Sofa Rehab with the sofa details and the part was my hands 6 days later. The result is that I have a functioning reclining sofa again and a very happy and relaxed wife.

Sofa Rehab are one of the best business i had dealt with in a very long time. Their customer service was to say the least fantastic even after i mistakenly ordered the wrong part nothing was a problem. A special thanks to Ryan who not only put me on the right track for what i needed but also explained in detail how to return incorrect part and how to test sofa to ensure to order of correct part. Leather paint did not stick – We purchased the complete leather colour changing kit which included everything we needed. After following the directions exactly the couch looked great. product, insyead they said it was because our couch leather was not in optimal condition before we painted it. They were confident of this based on photos I sent of the streaks where the paint had not stuck properly.

Very poor and rude customer service and I would never recommend this company or their products.

Impossible to work with, no help whatsoever – All I wanted was for them to tell me the length of the stroke (the extended length of the shaft) of a replacement actuator for my elderly mother's lift recliner footrest. (waited for over two weeks when I already had the refund) so I could afford to buy another of the correct size. I KNOW which actuator I want, which I explained over and over. ALL I WANTED TO KNOW WAS WHICH ACTUATOR HAS A STROKE OF THE SIZE I WANTED (I do NOT HAVE the original broken actuator because it was accidentally thrown away which I am still cursing) and they couldn't even tell me that. Absolutely impossible to work with. Don't take your business to this lot if you can help it.

Leather colourant – Used leather colourant on arm of my couch & it worked perfectly. I am soooo happy with the result now I don’t need to replace my couch

Needed a recliner Actuator.. - They Delivered! – My Recliner lounge actuator died.. needed a new one.. got a tech guy around - cost an arm and a leg for him to say "we dont stock those".. went on line.. found the Sofa Rehab website.. bought the one I needed, arrived in a week, 8 screws later.. bingo.. job done..

Great service and product! – The cable on one of my leather recliners broke and I looked at Sofa Rehab for a replacement unit. I found the web site very informative and easy to use to locate exactly what I required. Great quality leather repair kit products at a sensible price – Purchased a complete leather repair kit after receiving my qty 3 free colour match leather patches that Sofa rehab will send you to ensure you choose the correct tint. After paying just $56 for a full leather repair kit which included express freight I proceeded to refurbish my watch strap to as brand new condition using supplied instructions.

The result was simply outstanding, the strap looks just like brand new at a fraction of the cost of replacement.

I also have enough tinting etc to look after this strap for a lifetime.

Highly recommend both the products & the supplier for not only prompt delivery of a great kit but their offer of sending you up to qty 3 free leather colour patches so you can get the exact colour match. Also supplied in the kit i purchased there was qty 5 additional colour tints that could be used for making up additional colours or varying the major colour I choose.
