I’ve purchased msoffice products from this website a couple of times over the last 2-3 years and have always been satisfied, no problems at all. There are some limitations (single activation, etc) but for those complaining, they’re disclosed before you purchase. I would purchase again.

I stopped the installation because I did not trust the process and requested a refund. Hadi refused to return my money.

Based on my experience, the software setup process was risky, support was poor and customer service disappeared once payment was made.

Like many others who experienced the same issue, I strongly do not recommend buying from this organisation.

Scam, activation keys are already in the internet domain and single use only for LTSC deployment, I had to make my own Deployment install to resolve installation problems. Thier support is useless and not informed users will have more issues than I did with installation of thier products.

Trustpilot, SiteJabber, or Scamvoid with a positive reputation. I asked for a refund within 10 minutes of the order and this is what they said; as if the above isn't a proper reasonning. I am now dealing with my bank.

my ability to use Word and XL. The "representative" of Software Mart dodged, weaved, blamed my ineptitude, told me to keep trying, insisted the product key would work if I kept trying, ghosted me and whatever. I gave up. I've blown my (small amount) of money.

Seems to work well – Downloaded and installed inexpensive version of Office 24, and it went without a hitch

Piratebay upgraded but it works – It works but I don't think they have permission from microsoft for what they are doing. Follow the directions for microsoft office and it does work but it seems like pirate bay upgraded.

This is a complete rip off – They sell you an OEM key and tell you to download from Microsoft. Microsoft don't let you dowload, there's no way to get the software. The staff were very rude and told me if I don't have IT knowledge I should ask a family friend. I am a software developer

Unable to activate – Purchased Microsoft Office but did not install immediately. When install attempted the key would not work. Support advised that the software must be activated within 1 month of purchase and I was outside that period. No mention of the need for immediate activation on purchase. Waste of my money and time. I will never use Software Mart again. No offer of refund or a working key.

Finally got there in the end – I purchased office 2016 from software Mart Australia. I had all sorts of difficulty downloading and activating the product. However the person on the other end of the chat was patient with me and walked me through the necessary steps.

HADI is NOT a SCAM – Based on my experience with Hadi from Software Mart Australia the entire process was faultless. I experienced some issue downloading Microsoft 10Pro Version but i believe this was my fault. Contacted Hadi by e-mail and he was straight onto rectifying and downloading it for me. I would defiantly use Hadi again.

Software Mart delivers the goods again – In spite of disappointment expressed by some people on this site, my experience has been first class on the last 3 occasions that I have dealt with Software Mart Australia. Sensible pricing with trouble-free installs & activation. Well written instructions virtually guarantee a simple installation. On one occasion the supplied key did not work & a single email had my problem sorted within 5 minutes.

It is indeed a scam – Sold me a used windows 10 professional license and a cracked windows 10 professional download from a dodgy website. After contacting Microsoft, they told me the key was a pirated key which had been sold to many people in the past illegally. I also followed one of the reviewers advise here and purchased the legitimate license from softwaremaster and it worked just fine verified by Microsoft over the phone line.

Excellent Post Sales Support – Great assistance in helping me to install MS Office. Recommended.

was selling volume licenses which is illegal. As for office 2021 pro plus, it was successfully activated however it turned out to be a pirated download that software mart had sent in the email so i am over $200 out of pocket! I ended up purchasing from softwaremaster.com.au for cheaper prices which surprisingly went all smooth and was all legit.

Really helpful. Great customer service – I purchased an upgrade of Microsoft Office stand alone product. I installed it in my old PC and it worked perfectly. Then I uninstalled it so I could reinstall it in my new PC a week later.
