Don’t purchase from this company!!! I ordered the wrong ironing board replacement cover online. When I returned it they only gave me a partial refund not the full amount that I paid!!!!

them again. Another week goes by, I finally get a phone call to say they'd seen other bins in their warehouse with the same defects and offered me a $20 voucher (!). I asked for replacements. We had back and forth emails, where they sent me an Australian Post return label and would do a replacement, but that's it. I suggested they send me the replacements and I would use those boxes to send the original bins back to them. They would not have it - they wanted the faulty bins back. At $160 for 2 bins, I did expect a bit more from Soko, especially having spent $1400 with them over the past 2 years. I've since bought similar bins on Amazon in perfect condition at a cheaper price; and I'm no longer a loyal customer of Soko & Co.

Love my pull out bin – Bought a pull out bin. It was quiet difficult to find the size I wanted as most bins seem shallow, but found a tall one online at Soko. Delivery was on time and its fits great. Very happy.

Amazing drying hangers – When washing jumpers these are amazing to hang the wet jumper on, so they can dry quickly. I remember my grandfather making similar for my grandmother over fifty years ago. I’m very happy with them.

Order cancelled with no explanation – I submitted an order online which was refunded several days later. I emailed the company to ask why this had been done, but never received a reply. I am at least glad I got my money back but customer service is non-existent.

next day with my receipt. The initial staff member was not there so I spoke to the person who was there who was male and I assume was the owner. He refused point blank to return the item, even though I explained that I had been told the previous day that I could do so. He responded with saying that the staff member was mistaken and that I would not be getting a refund. He turned his back on me and walked away. When I challenged him he told me that I was stopping him from doing his work and that the answer was still no. He then proceeded to tell me that the staff member who had given me the wrong information was a casual worker and that the problem with this country was that casual staff were crap! He then went on to tell me that I wasn't shopping in KMart where the product is crap and they will return anything. When I refused to leave until we had a resolution as it wasn't my fault that his staff had given me the wrong information he offered me a credit but I had to purchase something right there and then and in his store. Another customer overheard our conversation and offered to take my credit and give me the money in exchange. I was completely disgusted in the owners attitude and as a result of the way I was treated I will never set foot in another Soko & Co store

Spices Unlimited !!! – We purchased 3 x white 4 spice rack. We are delighted with it. It was easy for my all-thumbed husband to install and particularly fantastic is the adjustable shelves. We have ordered another 3 to complete the wall. I also love that if the spices spill, it is easy to wipe down.
