a problem solving list then step by step you have explained the procedure to me. Following this I have managed to resolve the problem and all is fixed but only costing my time and a little patience.

Your process of elimination and then a step by step to fix was invaluable. I know you did say that failing this I would have to call you but then again if it had failed I would have been only too willing to call you.

The problem at the end of this was that one of the wires had come loose behind the inlet pipe but also the holder was quite difficult to take off but then again patience won out (one of your great suggestions). Having redone both wires I tested before putting it all back together and then a further test when all in place and now works a treat.

I wonder if more people were like you we would have a better world. Who Knows???

Outstanding service – We moved into our house last year which had a ducted vacuum and alarm system installed by solarvac. We called them to get some advice on how to change the alarm code. We gave them the address, and they knew what system we had without even needing to look at old files. Now, after just a few calls, they know us by name and are extremely helpful. A lovely husband and wife run business where customer service is number one. Highly recommended.

DISAPPOINTED!! – I would not recommend this company to anyone. My experience with them went from bad to worse. They were extremely rude and very unhelpful. Please stay away for your own piece of mind.

Customer Service and Product Terrible – I had the worst experience of my life with this company. Rough untidy workers and owners rude and unhelpful. Never again do I wish to deal with them. Promised the world as per their website and offered nothing like was promised.
