SoleHeeled. Was very happy with the whole process - paid up front after I sent photos and received the quote. Just dropped off my packaged shoes at the post office, everything is pre-paid. In no time, my shoes were returned fixed. One extremely happy customer. Customer service was excellent and quality of repairs exceptional. Cannot recommend them highly enough. I little bit dearer than I thought, but in the end saved me heaps of time trying to find a reliable shoe repairer. I will let you read about the terrible service I received on that review. The key thing is that what these people have realised is that their reviews are so bad for their main company name, that they have to actually create another trading name. The website is slick, pretty and seems like an amazing company. However, don't be fooled.

Very attentive, knowledgeable and helpful. I handed them a pretty challenging project - a pair of 70 year old RM Williams boots with cracked and peeled leather but they did such a good job that the boots look new. Highly recommend these guys to anyone with boots they love but that need extensive restoration.

Communication and service from start to finish is unbeatable! Other places told me my boots were unable to be fixed and I was better off buying a new pair.
