I have a pair of RMW Stockyard boots {20+ yrs old} where the uppers were separating from the soles. The RMW outlet in Bendigo said they were unrepairable, and eventually I binned them.Luckily, before collection day,I saw the SoleHeeled video, retrieved the boots and arranged to send them off. When they came back I was delighted with the repair done on… Read more
them, good for 20 more years! Not a cheap job and money well spent Jim from Romsey.
I have a leg length discrepancy and always need one shoe raised, so finding reliable craftsmanship is incredibly important to me. I’ve had this work done on countless pairs over the years, and the quality has been outstanding every single time. The attention to detail, the consistency, the care — it’s exceptional. What I love just as much is the… Read more
convenience. I simply drop my shoes at the local post office, and they come back beautifully finished and ready to wear. It’s effortless, dependable, and genuinely makes my life easier. I couldn’t recommend this service more highly.
Easiest 5 stars! Amazing experience from start to finish. I’ve had great communication from the entire team at SoleHeeled, excellent craftsmanship in fixing my leather bag and incredible service at every step in the process. Highly recommend the team at SoleHeeled!

I recently had a leather midsole and new Dainite outsole fitted to my old Randwick boots from R.M. Williams (nothing wrong with the boots they just lacked a traditional midsole, which for me made them feel less substantial under foot) by SoleHeeled, and I couldn’t be more impressed. This was a big job, and I’m extremely critical when it comes to… Read more
the finishing details on my boots. I have a real appreciation for quality craftsmanship, especially in a well-made pair, so I don’t trust them with just anyone. I found Soleheeled through a Google search, liked the look of their website, and saw they had great reviews, and they absolutely delivered! From the moment I requested a quote to the day my boots arrived back, the service was impeccable. Communication was clear and professional, and the workmanship was outstanding. The attention to detail was exactly what I was hoping for. The boots look great! I’m genuinely impressed by the entire experience and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them in an instant.
Attached some before and after pics. The before pics are the ones where the boots have a tan welt.

I recently have used SoleHeeled to repair my Rene Caovilla heels (which I had only worn 3 times ) and were destroyed ! Sole Heeled were AMAZING with their service !! Very prompt , absolutely professional and the result was implacable ! Better than new . I HIGHLY recommend them for your loved items …
I would highly recommend Soleheeled. They put a zip onto my LV bag. This bag didn’t have a zip so they had to add it. And it looks absolutely amazing. The craftsman is 5 Star!! ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ The customer service is above anything I have experienced. They communicated every step of the way and were so lovely to deal with. And their service is 5 star!! ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Am wowed by the outcome. My shoes were a bit difficult to match new soles to but they suddenly look like a different pair. And I love them. Well done!!
The repair is perfect and undetectable. My bag was returned to it’s former glory- it looks brand new again! Be aware that a repair may take weeks but it’s worth it. Also communication was excellent.
I was a little nervous about changing the soles of my RM Williams boots, worried it might change the look, but I’m so glad I did! They actually look even nicer now, and they came back all polished too. I’m really impressed with the result. I’ve ended up with beautiful boots and comfort soles, definitely a win win !

The quality of the work was exceptional, beautiful restoration of a treasured handbag. Awkward colour to match, but it is perfect. I was really happy with the communication with the company, all made very easy. I knew costs, and time required to complete the work.
The Sole Heeled team done an amazing job on new soles and heels on my RM Williams Chichilla boots , the finished job looks so good and i would highly recommend anyone wanting work done to use them . I sent my boots from Adelaide and the service from start to finish was top class . Thank you Billy J
The customer service from SoleHeeled was excellent, from the prompt response to my initial request for a repair diagnosis/quote, through the simple process of sending in my hiking boots via Australia Post, to their return well within the quoted timeframe. The repairs were to a pair of Scarpa Delta GTX hiking boots purchased for $530 in 2022.… Read more
They had "only" around 1,000 km on them, albeit they took quite a beating for the last couple of hundred kilometres, on the Larapinta Trail, with the stitching of the leather collar to the heel counter fabric disappointingly failing. Before and after images of the right boot, which was in the worst condition, are attached.
The repairs were also excellent, ensuring that the problem that necessitated them was unlikely to occur again.

Concierge level professionalism – SoleHeeled sounded too good to be true, but other reviews here convinced me to give them a try. From quote to drop-off (once the quote is completed and paid for you receive a return mail label - packaging included - for Australia post) to receipt of the completed job (delivered to your door with your item wrapped in tissue and professionally… Read more
boxed) the process was seamless, and the repair job (a replacement zipper) was terrific, a good tonal match to the rest of the bag and with the original branded zipper pull reattached to the new slider, a detail which I had not expected and which integrated the repair perfectly. No parking fees in the city, no shopping the job from repairer to repairer to find someone prepared to do it, merely a few minutes online to elicit the quote, a few more minutes at the local PO, a little over a week in between, and a favourite workhorse item is back in service for less than new, patina and all, and saved from landfill. Very happy and will be looking to rescue the old boots next.
Finally a great shoe repairer – I had a pair of Ahnu shoes that I have had for awhile. Two velcro straps had worn and I wasn't haven't much success finding a shoe repairer. As I cannot get these shoes any more and I live in them, especially when travelling to hot climates (they are waterproof), I decided to Google shoe repairs. After scrolling through the results, I contacted… Read more
SoleHeeled. Was very happy with the whole process - paid up front after I sent photos and received the quote. Just dropped off my packaged shoes at the post office, everything is pre-paid. In no time, my shoes were returned fixed. One extremely happy customer. Customer service was excellent and quality of repairs exceptional. Cannot recommend them highly enough. I little bit dearer than I thought, but in the end saved me heaps of time trying to find a reliable shoe repairer. I can buy my shoes second hand but my shoes only had two worn straps and thought it was better for the environment to get them repaired. They are as good as new!! Thanks again SoleHeeled!!!
Stay away - Alternative Trading Name for "Moses Shoe Repairs & Keys" – I wrote a review a few days ago about the appalling service I received from Moses Shoe Repairs & Keys who are based in Martin Place. I originally called the number on this website 0404 800 111 (which is advertised on Google as SoleHeeled and www.soleheeled.com.au). As I actually work near Martin Place the guy just told me to come downstairs when I… Read more
rang him to say I couldn't find the shop (I was expecting a super slick place based on the quality of their website).
I will let you read about the terrible service I received on that review. The key thing is that what these people have realised is that their reviews are so bad for their main company name, that they have to actually create another trading name. The website is slick, pretty and seems like an amazing company. However, don't be fooled.
If you still don't believe it, simply look up ABN 80 546 640 543 on the Australian Business Register website. You will find the following:
ABN: 80 546 640 543
Trading Name: MOSES SHOE REPAIR
Business name: SoleHeeled
Entity Type: Family Partnership
Don't make the mistake I and many others have made.

Very attentive, knowledgeable and helpful. I handed them a pretty challenging project - a pair of 70 year old RM Williams boots with cracked and peeled leather but they did such a good job that the boots look new. Highly recommend these guys to anyone with boots they love but that need extensive restoration.
I found your service fantastic, you kept me updated every step of the way and I was very happy with the repair done to my Coach bag. I will be sending another two bags your way for repair .Thanks heaps guys :)
I had a pair of RM William's boots repaired with new soles and insoles. Right through the process from the initial ordering/quotation to the free postage return was a positive experience. I was informed by email at each stage. They even contacted me to suggest some extra repair work that was found. This was agreed too for a small extra fee. At the… Read more
completion of the repairs it was found the extra work was not as expensive as first thought. They informed me about this and even gave a refund for the difference, which they did not need to do. Overall I found SoleHeeled provided the very top level of efficiency, professionalism, quality and honesty.
I had my Louis Vuitton bag sent in originally for cleaning. The team contacted me after assessing my bag and noted the straps of the bad needed to be fixed which I really appreciated the transparency of getting my bag back to great condition. I received my bag back by complimentary shipping which was quick and convenient. I could not recommend them more. They have done a fantastic job and communication was amazing.
Soleheeled truly exceeded my expectations—their efficiency made the whole experience effortless, and the value for money is why I’ll always use them in the future . High-quality repair , quick service, and affordable prices make them an easy choice for anyone looking to fix up and repair rather than replace . Highly recommended!
Thank you so much. I've got 3 pairs of RM's and wear only those wherever I go. I've really looked after them but they are worn constantly. Finally sent my 13 yr old tan Cubans for their first repairs. I've really ooked after them. I received my "carpet slippers" back, today. Thank you so much for the care and excellence with friendly service support. Totally recommended. --

Communication and service from start to finish is unbeatable! Other places told me my boots were unable to be fixed and I was better off buying a new pair. I have had these boots for 30+ years so “No” I won’t replace them, not only were Soleheeled able to fix them, they also made them look near new. Forever grateful x
I sent a treasured leather jacket for a zipper repair by post and soleheeled did the rest . Marvellous result and gold standard service at a most reasonable price . It’ll be my treasured boors next !
Brilliant and reasonably priced service. I could not find anyone in Brisbane who could fix my bag until I found SoleHeeled based in Sydney, Easy process to arrange repair and the bag is like new.
Absolutely brilliant repair job and great communication. They have a very smooth system to send in the shoes and then they return to the front door. Incredibly good quality repair and they even did a polish. Could not recommend them more highly. Looking forward to sending my next pair in!
Website was very easy to navigate and quickly produced a quote. Simple instructions for sending items arrived immediately. Customer service was excellent with thorough instructions and very quick responses to any questions. Quality of work was excellent. Item returned to me via mail and was packaged very well to ensure no damage.
Great professional service, thanks for detailed review of my bag and time taken to quote properly for me. They investigated the best options for me with various price point to consider. I ended up not proceeding with a repair work, but got a full refund and their review time was professional and extensive. Communication throughout was excellent.
From the first point of contact by email with SoleHeeled, right through to the quick turnaround and delivery to our front door, my husband and I are truly impressed with the excellent customer service, streamline process and professional restoration of both of our Birkenstock sandals.
I had a hole in the sole of my R. M. Williams boot. Took it to the R.M. store in Sydney CBD and they quoted $250 to get one boot half-resoled, with a 6-8 week timeframe. Took it to SoleHeeled and they quoted $99 to do both soles. They did a great job, terrific customer service throughout, and took just under a week to do it.
