in the 1950 s cakes of solvol were the greatest of hand cleaners and continued to be for many years but faded away. recently i was at bunnings and saw a 4lt pump container of liquid hand cleaner which i thought was going to be the answer. i am completely dissatisfied . all it does is rearange the grease. it does about a 60% job. Not very effective – Compared to the previous soap bars it is rubbish. A very weak suspension of grit which does not do the job. The orange one is slightly better but still way inferior to the soap bars. Show details
Great hand cleaner – I purchased some solvol soap, and it does a great job cleaning grease and dirt off my hands, l didn't think it was made anymore, but l found it in a small hardware store Show reply
