SONY BRAVIA ALWAYS WINS even old LCDs still work perfectly – Sony Bravia 32 inch LCD HD TV weighs 18 kilo and has solid clean picture love the Sony remote is is so cleverly done and the speakers need some work but pump up bass and drop treble and your good to go. cheap as chips these days too 2023 = $40AUD or so Show details

Excellent – We got our big LCD screen tv about two years ago. We've been really happy with it ever since. It is consistently a very good picture quality on all channels and dvds, and makes working out with Wii Fit even better. Occasionally it will lose connection to a channel (often seems to be channel 7) and you need to do a rescan to get it back again. … Read more ·  1

We now have Tivo permanently connected to it and it works just beautifully and is easy to switch between inputs (ie Tivo/DVD/analog or digital tv through the inbuilt tuner)

I believe they aren't making this tv anymore, they've changed to focus more on the Full HD models, but we haven't felt as though we need more than this - it's been a wonderful tv and we'll probably replace it when the time comes with another model from the Bravia range as we've been so impressed with this one - hopefully that will be many years away! Lovely and elegant slim design, works really well, picture great! Um...nothing that I can think of

Excellent – Highly recommended. Sony make excellent TVs and this is no exception. Easy to assemble, program and very high quality. I'm a Bravia fan! Really happy with this TV. We bought it as the next series had been released so the price was very good. Typical excellent sony quality. Sleek design and easy to use/program. I like how it connects with other… Read more

Sony products so I can just use one remote. Not much really. It takes a while to turn on but I think that is true of most modern TVs.

Very expensive for spare parts!!! – We first purchased this TV in April 2007 for $1,900.00. We were initially ecstatic with the TV with the picture and sound quality and functionality until in September 2008 the digital tuner decides to fail and paid a whoppping $570.00 for repair and labour. Now, exactly three years later September 2011 the digital tuner decides to fail on… Read more

us again. There is no way we will be paying for it to get repaired because we believe that it will happen again and for that amount we can buy a new LCD TV. I bought Sony under the impression that they were reliable and long lasting but we have been proven wrong. I will never buy a Sony product again. Colour and picture quality. Expensive TV, Very expensive parts and labour

Good – This LCD TV overall is a quality buy. Nice finish on the panel itself and also has an interface that's easy on the eye. Plays games and shows sports with clear picture and without ghosting. The TV is really good for HD media. The picture quality is clear with great colours. The sound quality is also good for inbuilt speakers. You would definitely… Read more

Excellent – I've become a raving convert to flat screen TVs, and was so happy with this one I recommended it to everyone (2 of whom bought it). There'snothing to dislike. Other than the oh mi god, how do I plug all the bits in (for that new CD recorder I had to buy because the old Video just didn't cut it on the new big screen). Solved that very easily… Read more

with HDMI cable. Love it! Sleek styling, very easy to use, a breeze to get up & running, and even to customise and adjust settings. Well designed remote control with things in intelligent places. Picture is great, and the flatscreen has given me back my living room, one corner of which used to be entirely occupied by the (previous) widescreen but not flat Sony TV which was incredibly heavy! This one is so light and thin. Happy, happy. Great picture, and so easy for my slightly aging eyes. Rather slow to switch from one channel to the other (though I don't know if that's common to digital TVs in general).

Excellent – overall this is a very worthwhile tv. it should last you from 10-15 years . its value is about the same as samsung. It's LCD screen is made from the same company as samsung as well. buy a power surge so in case of a thunder storm your tv doesn't break. It looks awesome ; and has a very nice look. I bought this tv for about $2400, but it also came… Read more

with a free ps3 ! great deal ! and cheap too . comes with 1 year warranty but you can buy 4 years extra warranty so it adds up to 5 years if anything happens to your tv. none so far.

Bad – The design looks quite good and the lines flow well, however the black bezel with silver base contrast is a little off putting. The white backlight means that black color reproduction is not the best and fast action sequences tend to blurr as well, which is not good for a tv this expensive. It does offer a HD experience but at a higher cost than… Read more

is suggested by the quality. Has an integrated HD tuner. Has picture in picture to watch two different channels at the same time, great when there are two different sports on the tv at the same time that you want to watch. There are larger and chepaer screens on the market from other manufacturers that have better color reproduction and quicker response rates than this Sony model.

Excellent – Of course its connected to a PS3 and Sony 6.2ch home theatre system but the tv itself, soundwise, still definately holds its own. Very happy and unfortunately i'm not getting any kickbacks from Sony, i'm just a happy customer. Beautiful piece of furniture and a happy addition to my home. Its a great telly, beautiful picture, fantastic sound. wish it had picture in picture.
