Good – This Sony MP3 player was very good value. With great sound quality and compact design, it was perfect for taking out jogging. Although the hardware was great, the biggest letdown was the lack of drag 'n' drop file transfers. Sony's SonicStage software is horrible to use and makes it unnecessarily difficult to transfer music to and from the… Read more
player. It works beautifully as a USB flash drive so it's a shame that such a capable player is handicapped in this way. Overall, it was a pretty good player and Sony introduced drag 'n' drop file transfers in its next model so they did listen to people's feedback. Great sound quality, Compact design, Can be used as a USB flash drive, FM radio No drag 'n' drop file transfer, Buggy SonicStage software
Excellent – Overall, I really liked this mp3 player. It's so small and can be carried anywhere in your pocket. I did look around for a clip so that I could attach it to my belt or shorts when going for a run, but was unable to find one, even at the Sony Central stores. My friend was able to get one included when she bought the mp3 player. I loved that you… Read more
could alternate between mp3s and the radio. Really good reception and automatic tuning, even when I used it overseas. I could have kept on using this for years to come, except I drenched it in water by accident and when it finally dried out and was able to be turned on, it would die after a few songs no matter how long I charged it. Very small size, compact, lightweight. I could run it for a few days straight before needing to recharge. It also has the option of a quick recharge - plug it in to recharge for just a few minutes and it will give you heaps of playback hours before you are able to do a full recharge. Can't drag and drop files - you need to install the software that comes with the mp3 player. A bit difficult to get the hang of switching between folders.
Good – This is a great little MP3 player, great for those first time users, or for those that want something that is no nonsense, and easy to use. This is fantastic little MP3 player. The sound is great. Its easy to find songs and it holds a lot of songs. The built in USB design is great also and its superquick to charge on your computer. I go for walks… Read more
and it doesn't skip a beat, A great, no nonsense, no bells and whistles MP3 player. Like others have said, you cannot read the LED screen in daylight, only in a dark room! This is very annoying I must say. The software is confusing, but tolerable.
Good – It's a great little mp3 player, much more long life than an ipod! I've used it while running, with no roblems, which proves it's great with any shock absorbing features! Colour (hard to find a lime green mp3 player in Australia!), the headphones are great quality The sonic stage software you need to use with it, I find it pointless and confusing
Good – I highly recommend it to mothers who like their walks, University students, those who catch the rush hour train to or from work, etc. It's a handy little gadget that lets you take all your beloved CDs with you in the palm of your hands. My husband got me one of these for Christmas and I absolutely love it. I have a 5 month old son and it's great… Read more
to use when feeding him in the middle of the night. It's so slim and easy to carry that I can take it anywhere especially when we go for a walk. I think it's a great idea that it's a USB and mp3 player in one. There are no extra cables to hook it on before you could put songs in it. You plug the mp3 player itself to your pc. Great when charging---it's literally minutes and not hours! That's another plus...no need use up another power point to recharge it. The LCD is a little hard to read unless you're in the dark.
Excellent – Great product. I got this as a present and is the best one i've ever gotten. Love it! The sound is fantastic and i can charge it up quickly on my PC before i head out for a run or to the gym so there is no excuses (that can be a down fall i guess!) Great product, but the software provided sometimes does not work and is difficult to use. Sleek… Read more
design. Small and compact enough for use at the gym.
Easy to navigate when working out Hard to see display when outside.
Hard to locate a specific song quickly
Excellent – Did I say it held heaps of songs, doesn't need batteries because it charges from the USB port of your computer (and then goes for days without needing a re-charge) and can be used as a thumb drive for holding documents, pictures and files. This is great because I lost my thumb-drive last week and have been using my MP3 player for work… Read more
presentations! Easy to use, easy to put songs on it once you wade through the manual, and the buttons can be easily memorised so you don't have to keep looking down to work out how to get to another song or album. You can listen to the FM radio if you are bored with the 700 or so songs you can out on it and use it as a thumb-drive as well. and no bateries are needed as it charges from the USB port of your computer. Took me ages to work out how to put songs on the player because it isn't explained very well in the manual and some of the symbols used to tell you whether you are in song, or almun mode is a little confusing. I have frequently thought I was skipping to the next song, when I was in fact skipping to the next album so I then needed to go back to find the song I was looking for.
OK – It has a stylish design. Super fast charging which is the bomb!!! I would rate this mp3 a 3/5 Gotta love the rapid charge for this sony mp3. It is the most fastest recharagble mp3 you can ever get, just charge it for 3 minutes and you can listen to it for 3 hours!!! it has a built in USB. It has a nice sound quality. The design of the mp3 cool… Read more
because the LCD screen is built in the body. It is pricy for such a small memory mp3. It should have more features on the mp3. You can only charge it on a computer since its charging system uses the USB.
