Terrible, DO NOT USE, this company ripped my elderly parents off, added items at check out charging their card over $350. They made it extremely difficult to cancel the order, supposedly it was packed and shipped within 10 minutes of purchasing online, from China... Then when we asked them if we could return the products told us they had to be returned to America, which would cost anther $70. They are a scam.
FRAUD WARNING!FRAUD WARNING! I too only ordered 1 pair and after I placed the order they charged me for 4! I contacted them.right away to.cancel my order. They emailed me offering a discount not to cancel. I respinded immediately and said no, please Cancel. They responded and said they had already been packed and shipped!
SoothRelieve's sales tactics and customer service practices are predatory and I want to share my experience to warn others. I've been recovering from plantar fasciitis, a slow process that recently improved with steroid shots. My wife saw an ad for SoothRelieve compression socks, claiming to help with the condition, so despite my skepticism, I… Read more
decided to try a pair.
The Deceptive Purchase The online purchasing process was incredibly frustrating. After adding one pair of socks to my cart, I was hit with a barrage of upsells and upgrades, forcing me to decline around six times before reaching checkout. The initial price for one pair was an exorbitant $17.00, including shipping – a complete rip-off. Despite this, I proceeded. However, upon redirecting to PayPal, the total inexplicably jumped to $79.40. Before I could react, PayPal approved the charge.
The Cancellation Nightmare Furious, I immediately tried to cancel the order. My attempt to reduce it to one pair was futile, so I canceled the entire order. A customer service representative named [Name Removed] confirmed she found my order and would cancel it, but noted the email address on the order was incorrect. She sent a confirmation email, which I received the next day, requesting I reply with the correct email for cancellation. I promptly did so. To my disbelief, she later replied, stating it was too late – the order had already shipped.
A Company Focused on Deception This entire ordeal felt like a blatant scam. SoothRelieve seems solely focused on extracting money from customers with no regard for satisfaction or repeat business. Almost immediately after this debacle, I received an email offering 50% off and free shipping for the same socks. I ignored it, committed to my cancellation. Then, for Memorial Day, they sent another email, this time for 80% off and free shipping.
When I contacted Irene about returning the socks, she offered a 50% refund and suggested I keep the socks without returning them. While tempting, I refused to give SoothRelieve another nickel given their shady practices. I mentioned the better offers I'd received, hoping for a more attractive resolution, but she flatly refused and provided return instructions.
I'm sharing this experience to expose SoothRelieve's unscrupulous behavior. If you've had a similar encounter, know you're not alone. More importantly, I hope this prevents others from falling into their trap.
SoothRelieve are unfortunately not trustworthy. Please read all the reviews and don't buy this product.
It was a scam. Even one pair was super expensive, and it made fake reviews. The socks don't even compress! Never buying this again. It erased my reviews on the website. Also, I can't find it in stores, and I can't figure out how to return it! SCAM!!!
Fraudulent Tactics - never ever deal with SoothRelieve again ! – I ordered jut 1 pair of SoothRelieve socks and when I received my parcel it contained 5 pair of socks and 6 sachets of neuropathy treatment cream. With a bill of over $100 dollars. I then contacted them via email and advised them of the discrepancy they flatly refused to listen or assist me in any way. I am a pensioner and suffer from diabetic… Read more
neuropathy (burning sensation in both feet)and this unforeseen disgusting unscrupulous practise has significantly impacted my meagre budget Personally I have ordered a number of items via ebay and amazon etc but never have I seen or experienced such repugnant business tactics - this has to stop and the company put on notice for digital malpractice. I contacted them after they responded saying that they cannot assist to see if they would at least exchanging the incorrect size socks I received - but they reneged on this also. I strongly recommend that you keep away from this mob and use the NDSS service provided right here in Australia - which is what my GP recommended.

As outlined in other reviews – BUYER BEWARE!!! NO stars from me - not deserving of any kind of positive rating. Edit: I reluctantly have to give a star it seems for my review to be accepted :( DO NOT GET SUCKED IN (like I did) DO NOT CONSIDER DEALING WITH THESE PEOPLE - total scam, unethical ordering process and charging. Refer other reviews - 100% my experience.
Do not buy – Terrible . My elderly mum ordered 4 pairs of compression socks at the "special"price of $55.96. This is the price mentioned on their website. Mum was charged $ 60. 91. However when mum got her bank statement they had taken out $ 98.27 from her bank and not the initial price of 60.91.She then was also hit a further 2.95 for overseas currency… Read more
fee. When mum tried to cancel her order she also was told her item could not be cancelled as it had already been shipped. This is a Scam do not buy. Shame on this company for taking advantage of Pensioners .
Do not buy – It said $15 i was charged $60 when finally got them they didn’t even fit they’re definitely not compression socks either i emailed company never got a reply
SCAM DON'T BUY THESE SOCKS – They are not compression socks but toeless socks with colored stitching. BIG SCAM DON'T BUY. My biggest regret
Unscrupulous company – I was also scammed by this company. I ordered one pair of socks but they charged my credit card for an additional fours pairs of socks and would only refund half of the amount.
Deceitful order process – I placed an order for compression socks, and when confirmation email came, it had 3 extra items more than tripling the cost. I sent a cancellation email within 1 hour of receiving the confirmation email, which daid to check the order. They replied cant process my reqymuest at this time, and 2 days later have now replied saying order has already been sent and cant be edited or cancelled. Very unhappy pensioner here.

Unauthorised purchase – Added an extra 4 pairs of socks on to purchase price when I received confirmation of purchase email which I did not order. Contacted them straight away. Told order had already been shipped. DO NOT BUY THROUGH THIS COMPANY.
Nothing But Pain from Soothrelieve – I ordered two pairs of compression socks to trial them. An additional 4 pairs were added to my order without my knowledge. I realised this when I saw the payment amount. As per their stated policy, I cancelled within the half hour and sent the complaint form explaining why. Their response was that my order had already been shipped! As if. It… Read more
appears that emails are just Chatbots for frustrating diversions. The website did not disclose the cost was in USD so Soothrelieve are blatantly dishonest on many fronts. I am not even confident that I will receive anything and feel dubious as to whether it would be the genuine product. DO NOT deal with them.
buy one get charged for 2! Upselling without consent. NO STARS – From the Soothrelieve website I purchased 1 X 4 pairs at $55.96 plus postage of $4.95 with NO disclosure of USD as the site was set on the Australian location and there was NO opportunity to review at checkout apparently because my Paypal was set to automatic payment. I was charged again for 1 x 4 pairs at $39.95 USD! I believe charging for two… Read more
transactions without disclosure or consent is fraudulent and unfair trading. This is 'upselling' and $160 plus fees. I cancelled as per refund policy within 30 minutes and the response was 'sorry already shipped'. See other BBB reviews of same.
If the purchase process is Frustrating just leave it! – The purchase process offers extras which I had to click on to proceed, I thought I could remove at checkout but it went straight to payment, I'm stupid to have proceeded. Was charged more than wanted and higher prices than I clicked on, no response to contact email. Big scam
