I would not purchase ever again not worth the money I have circulation Problems I bought size 7-11 so tight then ordered extra large 11-14 light wearing tights and the indent around my ankle was not good. sorry not impressed at all.

Used to love these socks.. unfortunately the quality now has diminished- they are half as thick and I will not be purchasing anymore!

Poor quality – Ladies bamboo socks, very comfortable but unfortunately they are poor quality. Toes & soles of wear down very quickly with holes appearing which is extremely disappointing.

Best Socks – The cushioned and padded heel to toe socks are the most comfortable and easy wearing socks to own. I’ve bought the expensive socks and the thermal socks but for value the SOX & LOX are the BEST especially if you have pain in your feet. My feet are very happy with SOX & LOX. Wish you could buy them in more stores in Australia.

was still able to provide copies of the transactions. Irrespective, this process and work around was pointless as I’ve merely been advised to go back to the store I purchased the socks from. The process was time wasting as I was essentially sent around in a circle with no resolution or accountability. From the person who redirected me to send an email, namely Jennifer, to the person who redirected me to go in store, namely Subin, neither individuals were helpful. I have since had multiple follow up emails ignored by Subin only to be told by Jennifer today by phone that it could be because “they are looking into it”. It was asked then “wouldn’t it make sense to communicate that rather than ignore a customer” to which she said “I’m not going to answer that”. The question was rhetorical and if you’re happy to defend your own colleagues and not acknowledge a customer’s issues, then quite frankly that’s biased in its own right. Don’t bother raising concerns to this company as they simply have no resolution in place aside from wasting your time and then ignoring you thereafter as nothing is looked into, it’s simply put in a too hard basket.

The perfect socks – So comfortable, and they stay up, yet no tight elastic at the top : ) I love the wine colour and also have cream and black. sox & lox socks don't last very long – I did think that this brand of socks was ok but I noticed one pair of them was wearing quite fast and when I inspected my other pairs they were all wearing out in the same place. Obviously they need to go back to the drawing board and test their socks better. I'm now going to try another brand to see if I can find something that lasts a bit longer and is value for money'
