99.9% of their "positive reviews" are fake reviews that they've paid for... Anyone considering SpaceHaven should ask to see images of completed & installed buildings, not just renders or photos of buildings they have sitting in their factory.

im considering taking SpaceHaven to small claims due to [Content Removed] sales practices. if anyone is at that stage, please reach out to me here or on blog site that sounds like [Details Removed]. Problem with the pods.

they are using a system called typeform. this service can be used to automate the submission of reviews. Obviously this would only be for legitimate review and not fake ones.

I'm an architect who works with a modular home building company and I have to say that the lack of photographs of a completed building arouses my suspicions. The images look amazing but they are simply not buildable at an entry-level price. There are no gutters or downpipes, no flashings or cappings indicated on the roof which would radically alter the appearance. The roof cladding profile presented looks like a standing seam product which is a bespoke high-end item, not entry level. Each example is shown sitting on the ground which is not possible without a concrete slab. The floor level would have to be 600mm above natural ground (at least). None of the floor plans seem to have bathrooms that comply with the Australian Building Codes Board "Livable Housing Design Standard" which became mandatory in most states last year. This requires 900x1200 circulation space in front of the toilet, for example, 1m wide corridors, access ramp to the entry, etc, and many other things. They refer to a "Galvanized steel purlin floor system base and subfloor" but a purlin is part of the roof, not the floor structure. It all looks a bit amateur to me.

I looked at these last year and found one weird review, it doesn’t feel right. ASIC may have more detail. but looks like a [Content Removed], be very wary the price looks too good to be true

I contacted them on the landline and recieved a return call from a mobile number. I booked a Lane Cove showroom visit online via their website as instructed and then noticed there is no address for the showroom. I called and texted the mobile number to get this information and recieved no response. Almost all of their website and Instagram images are computer generated and not real site install photos. Refer to their website returns policy it reads more like a policy for returning bed sheets rather than a small building. The whole experience left me thinking they're not 'real'.

THank you I agree there doesn't seem to be any connection. ASIC search shows the name is already registered but cannot see any details which is also odd...

I have been to their showroom in Lane Cove, industrial complex, smallish factory space. Not really a 'show room' but they did have a recently completed unit on the floor. Small team, great idea.

the only reason that i haven't completed the build is due to the wrong materials being delivered in the wrong order. im completing the sheeting now, i had to order color matched tech screws to complete the walls. apparently to don't supply any fixings.

i have now had [Content Removed] from an interested third party (obviously nothing to do with the Space Haven company) to take down my review by 10 am today. He said that he got paid when i remove the review. He [Content Removed] to do thing that i wont post here but lets face it - its strange. Steer clear, i also copied my review onto [Name Removed], which seemed to have sparked multiple 5 star review, what a coincidence. the wording i must say reads a lot better than my angry frustrated review.

in my opinion there are lots of suspicious reviews in the last couple of months, some are even posting images from the website.

we tried to contact them and via email and got an "one word answer" then we called and left a message which never been returned. I am glad I can hear from some of the real experience here so we won't waste our time and money.

no photos of actual buildings from the 5 star rating. some of them are just screen pints from their website. MMMMMMMMMM!

Just realised no one is posting pictures from their build. There are no pictures on Space Haven Website, there are only computer generated images, MMMM suss.

its not friends, they are generating fake accounts. most of the 5 star reviews leave 5 star reviews for the same couple of companies. if i post the name here my comments get removed.
