I made an order for 2 spareparts for a Samsung vacuum cleaner,I already pay by card, after 2 days I received an email with a short explanation and an advice to wait for my refund. It passed already more than 1 week and I am still wait for my refund. This online store should be investigated by the authorities responsible for combating economic crime and shut down. It is unacceptable to deceive customers and fail to refund the money they have paid Show reply

The worst thing you can do is buy from this website. The sparepart I ordered was a Miele Fridge handle. True it cost 40% of the genuine one but it is an extremely low quality immitation with poor design and material. It lasted for just a month and it cracked. Furthermore, I received an invoice from Fedex for the shipment! Pay for a genuine part. It is a loss of money and time.

Got a new stand, within a week – I could not find any sites with cheaper prices. I found the part number for the stand I wanted very easily using the PDF document attached to my TV model. The part arrived express delivery within a week of the order. I will definitely shop with this site again.

Very dodgy? – I found the Spare Parts Market website highly incomplete, and it shows garbage in some sections, blanks in others. If a company can't get its website organised, then it doesn't give a potential customer much confidence that they can attend to customer needs efficiently. I wanted to buy a power adapter for an LG product - trying to find it via… Read more

the search box on their website produces nothing, yet a Google search produces a Spare Parts Market Page showing the item I needed, seemingly from the same website. However, there is no picture of the product, even though the code listed matches what I was looking for. But one can't get information about availability, and guidance on delivery time, nor delivery charges. Hopeless - I wasn't game to order what I wanted, suspecting it is not in stock anyway. LG should not allow them to carry LG spares. It gives LG a bad name.

AVOID! – Needed a new remote control for Set Top Box. Spare Parts Market were the only shop I could find that had the control listed. In desperation I sent payment. It took one week for the order to be placed into "processing" status by them (i.e. they hadn't even looked at it until that point). With almost two weeks passed and no apparent progress… Read more

being made on my order (no phone number for business!) I gave LG a call myself and was provided the information for their spares wholesaler who I called and was told the controls are no longer stocked and unavailable.

The time it took me from start-to-finish to contact LG and then the wholesaler was less than 30 minutes. It took Spare Parts Market two whole weeks to tell me the exact same thing. Useless!!
