Rip off extra charges terrible cleaning job – Quoted a cleaning price, they inspected the vehicle, I triple checked it would be that price. Then upon returning to collect vehicle they’ve added on an extra charge. And they stated “I don’t care about return business.”

The Perfect Car Wash – This car wash is just the best. I bought the premium package and it was perfect got my seat shampoo, Carpet shampoo, polish and so much more. The best car wash!!!

Sparkle & Shine will charge you for more – Took my car there on the weekend, yes it may have had a couple dog hairs on the back seat (I had removed most of them prior - not that there was many as I don't have a dog, just move a friends dog very occasionally). I was charged - an extra for 4 WD (i expected that but he did try to charge me $10 when the voucher clearly said $5) - dog hairs (they must have used a magnifying glass to find them) AND - for bugs on the BACK tailgate of the wagon. Now how did I ever get so many bugs there!!!! - I certainly don't drive around in reverse at 110km hour. These so called bugs were lawn clippings - I had reversed parked into a public car park next to lawns. While I was out, the council mowed the lawn, hence lawn clippings on the back of my car. They brushed off with my hand. He had the cheek to say they "Don't rip people off" Wonder why he had to say that - maybe others have said it. And I will too: TOTAL RIP OFFS
