SPIbelt

Makes running a breeze – I hate having anything in my hand when I run but even worse is using a bag that bounces and jingles. An American friend recommended the SPIbelt to me, they are made in the USA. Basically it’s a comfortable, soft elastic belt that goes around your waist and clicks to fasten. It is fully adjustable. The belt contains a stretchy pouch that can hold your keys and phone but the best bit is there is zero bounce! I find it best to position the pouch over one hip rather than at the back or front and this helps limit the bounce.

There are different models available but I prefer the original belt with single pouch. My husband likes the double pouch. They would be great for triathlons to click on after the swim leg and could hold Eg glucose gels. Also good for insulin pumps or epipens and great to wear under clothes to keep important items safe while travelling. The glide model doesn’t have a buckle, you step into it.

I would give the SPIBelt 5 stars but deducted one as they do stretch out of shape over time and can get small holes.

A really versatile and handy little item to have, highly recommend.
