Terrible experience with Spic-N-Span – We utilized Spic-N-Span Window Cleaning services for the first time and were extremely shocked at the poor job they did and their below standard business practices. Our usual window cleaning service was unavailable so our realtor connected us with them. They came with short notice which we appreciated, however their work was not even close to the standard we were accustomed to. They ignored our emails and texts when we contacted them about the unfinished job, and had the realtor assist to finally get their attention. After multiple contact attempts they resentfully returned and finished the windows and screens they missed but did not redo or touch up the windows that were full of smudges or still had dirt on them. The quality of their cleaning was very poor compared to other window cleaners we had utilized in the past. Our neighbour (who use to manage the complex we lived in and thus experienced with service providers) also pointed out their poor and incomplete job. We made the error of paying them prior to the start of their work (at higher fees than we were use to), trusting they would do a good job and provide an appropriate invoice. It took several attempts by myself and the realtor to get an invoice mailed over two weeks later that contained incorrect information on it (wrong date of cleaning and made out to the realtor with our address). They ignored our request to send it by email asap because we were trying to claim some of it. Their poor business practice cost us the ability to claim any of the overpriced amount they charged. We would discourage anyone from utilizing them if you want professional quality services at a reasonable price.
