super yum but my guts feel great - less bloated and lets just say everything feels like its working more smoothly LOL I have has their sauerkrauts before and kimchi - they are also my favs but the kefir is def my go to at the moment.

Can't tell you if they're still any good by taste but I certainly can tell you their customer service is deplorable!! I've attempted to email them 3 times asking where my order is and I've received NOTHING!!! It's been 6 days and they've taken my money, not replied or even sent a product!!! Definitely won't be using this company again!! Evidently, if someone attempts to write an accurate, negative review, they get berated instead of assisted!

little thing going round. The products are always top quality so you can tell they are made with great care and they are organic. I have put so many colleagues and friends onto these and they all say the same - never felt better and best tasting they have had. Disgusting – Dreadful! Literally the worst customer service I have encountered. More than four weeks waiting for delivery when it was finally returned to sender without receiving. [Name Removed] did nothing to communicate with courier, instead blaming me for being difficult to deliver to. She then took another couple of weeks to issue refund.. to have the… Read more
audacity to subtract almost 40% of the $99 I paid to recover her delivery costs. She also attempted to have me pay an additional fee to courier after advertising free postage. Completely illegal! I’m following up on that. She is incredibly rude & dishonest.

be ignored or rewarded so will not be ordering again. Goods finally arrived (later than late of course) but had been packaged so badly that the carton arrived wet because some items had leaked! Just tried kimchi & black garlic & mushrooms sauerkraut – Absolutely delicious . I had never tried kimchi - a friend said it was the Korean vegemite & eaten with everything . I just had to try it & was not disappointed. Loved it . I also ordered the sauerkraut with black garlic & mushrooms . I make black garlic so it was not so different but also delicious . the Central Coast to collect when I'm desperate to get an immediate fix! And they have so many varieties it's hard to decide sometimes because they are all amazing! Do yourself a favour and get some today! They are made the right way, are crunchy and seriously so YUMMY! We have to eat them every day or our food no longer tastes as nice. I'm onto the tonics too now and feel amazing health and energy wise. Their vegan kimchis are the best ever - no fishy taste just clean chilli deliciousness.
