Awful – Terrible experience with them. Merchandise ordered didn’t arrive in time to be used and refund promised never processed.

Around the 3 week mark, nothing has been received plus no updates, so I lodge an enquiry for an update online which is never answered even after 10 days. I then lodge an enquiry via email to orders@orders.net.au and to info@sportnow.com.au but still no response is received for more than 7 days so a three week delivery is now in its fifth week and still no receipt of goods nor response. Is this the kind of business you want to deal with?

23/6/21 update - to date no response from sportnow or orders@orders.Net.Au which is now 2 months from when the order was paid for, which is no customer service. Item was to arrive within 3 weeks (as per their terms and conditions) but took almost 7 weeks. Further to this, it has taken an extra 2-3 weeks to find the $55.00 item because it ($55.00 item) was sent without the requirement of a signature and delivered to unknown premises to the customer as the no signature required tracking advises the delivery suburb but no address (which is nowhere near where it should be). If I knew this would have taken so much time and effort for me to track the item, I would never have ordered it. Do not purchase anything from sportnow or orders@net.Au as customer service does not exist, they do not adhere to their terms & conditions and they do not respond to your queries / emails. This is not what you expect nor require as a customer.
