website said it came with matresses when it arrived there were no matresses I emailed, called and after I EVENTUALLY Got through they said it didn't come with matresses even though I showed them proof from their website. When I opened the boxes, there were damaged, broken and missing parts. There were no entry holes for the screws to go in. The top bunk was held on by only 2 loose dowels. After difficulty getting through to them, I drove 80 kms to the show room with the broken parts, showed them all the evidence and they said they would give me $120 (I paid $900 for this bed) I wanted a refund never got one. I contacted ACCC they informed me this product was recalled over a year prior to safety issues and there had been serious injuries from this bed collapsing on children. The ACCC And consumer affairs weren't able to get through to them so now I've been waiting 7 months for vcat. Sad thing is I'm a single mum I had to purchase a 2nd bed elsewhere wich left me broke but wanted to make my daughters birthday special. Ill be contacting a currant afair on this company especially after reading all these reviews. I will never buy a product without reading reviews first.

Called the customer service they said they'd prioritise it and have a customer service agent call me/email me to assist with full refund within 24hrs/48hrs still nothing. Still nothing.
