Wet/oily residue on my Sprinters chips – Half way through my sprinters cheese & onion pack, I realised chips appeared wet looking. Emptied chips in a bowl & noticed an oily liquid on bottom of chip bag, quite disgusting really. Please explain Sprinters/Aldi????? Show details
Need far less salt please – Love the Original Thin cut chips however they are far too salty. Smiths used to have 40% reduced salt chips and they were fantastic. Burnt – I used to love Sprinters Chips yrs ago. But for the past two years they've overcooked them. I've been waiting for them to stop doing this but two days ago I bought a pack to see if they'd stopped burning them. But no, still get heaps of chips with burnt edges. Sprinters original – These need way more salt. Way too bland for my liking
I found a stick in my packet – I love these crisps so much !! 100/10 but today when I opened them and took my first bite, I bit into what seemed to be thin sticks. Tasteless potato – A totally tasteless piece of crunchy potato. Just no seasoning at all, really. It is worse than Smith's crisps if that is possible. There are so many competitive items on the market that have flavor, even just the plain ssalted one, you would think that Sprinters would be competitive, unless they are actually using Smiths and just rebranding as is often the case. Great Alternative to Smiths Original – This flavor of chips is great. I can taste the salt and the potato quality. Nothing else much to assume from the title of the chips but overall i would recommend it as an alternative to Smith's Original Crinkle Cut Chips.
