Update as of May 2023: After applying to the NCAT tribunal, Steady State finally agreed to provide a refund. It's a shame that I had to escalate the matter to court and that the company waited until the last minute to provide a refund.

Massager arrived shortly afterwards. It was purchased as a gift for my partner, so the review of the tool itself is feedback from the recipient; So far has been everything the ad claimed - easy to use, good power delivery and crazy quiet for a massager. 'only' 6 speeds, but those have a good range. Battery has hardly depleted since first charge (Christmas Day) despite daily use, so the battery life claims seem legit, too. Build feels solid and the handle is slim enough for smaller hands (like my partner's) to still have a firm hold.
The case is neat, but could possibly be smaller - everything fits and has its place, but it would take a lot of room in a bag/suitcase if travelling. Maybe a travel case (space for gun, charger + favourite head or two in a much smaller package) would be a good accessory option for purchase?
But very happy with the purchase so far.
I hope the item actually shows up – Purchased 2 weeks ago and was only sent an email today that it has been sent. Their website says next day shipping. No one even bothers to reply to emails at all!!!
Do not Buy – I ordered a massage gun recently but the company has never shipped it. I've contacted them several times with no reply and have discovered many other people on Instagram that are reporting the same problem. Unfortunately, the brand keeps deleting our posts and requests for an update on shipping. Overall I discourage you from ordering the product as the company can not be trusted.

Infrared sauna blanked – I work in I.T so I’m sitting at my desk all day and sometimes I don’t get time to exercise so I would have gone the whole day without breaking a sweat. Using the infrared sauna blanket is a convenient way for me to sweat out any toxins and feel refreshed. Also helps with my muscle recovery. Would definitely recommend it.

time, the temp goes up to 85 degrees and the time can go up to 60 minutes. I used it for 60 minutes and then started the timer again bc I was loving it. I don’t see myself ever going to life without it. I set it up on my bed and just put some earphones in while I rest. Top tier product.

DO NOT BUY – This company DOES NOT respond to you when the product they supply is faulty and still under warranty. We got a sauna blanket from them which has lasted 6 months and now it is not heating up. We have tried contacting through emails and social media and they do not respond. We have sent a report to ACCC! Avoid and all costs. Not worth it.

Absolute Scam – I wish I had read others reviews before purchasing an item from this company myself but I hope I can stop other making the same mistake. The item I purchased stopped working and despite offering a 24 month warranty for faults, Steady State have not replied to any of my attempts to contact them for customer support as well as delete my posts on their social media. always on sale, albeit different ones eg Black Friday, Christmas, Stocktake, Valentines Day ....... My order took 26 days to arrive by which I had missed the ability to gift it. I duly returned it. In this time I had had no response to my emails asking where the product was, when it would be delivered and also how to arrange to return it. This company has no phone number or physical address to visit. In the end I didn't accept the parcel from the post office. It was returned and it still took 11 days for Steady State to finally reply to my multiple emails as they couldn't find my returned order as it was sent to a different location to where returns normally go. Despite advising in writing that I would be receiving a refund and a remittance slip for it, nothing happened and email correspondence ceased. I only got my refund once I advised Steady State that I had contacted my MP, Consumer Affairs and my bank to start a formal card dispute. The money was then refunded the next day albeit it took 3 working days to clear. Save yourself a lot of heartache and don't buy from them.

Complete scam, don't waste your money – I bought a massage gun for my sister for Xmas. It stopped working after 30 seconds. She emailed them to get it repaired. She sent it back, they confirmed receipt and that it was broken, promised to send a replacement. It never came. I asked for my money back. No reply. Do not buy – Can’t give a zero but they promised a replacement when mine broke and burnt my back with an overheated copper coil that came out and now they don’t message back after 4 months I haven’t had a replacement .. deceitful company !
Worked until battery never charged. Zero customer support – Used maybe dozen times every 6 months. Light usage, battery stopped working completely after a year+ no customer service whatsoever, just China made drop ship product.
