⭐ 1 Star - would give nothing if possible Product was faulty from delivery and the fault was acknowledged, yet SteelSeries refused a refund and only offered a store voucher for less than required to replace the arena 7 speakers, citing internal policy over Australian Consumer Law. Required product destruction before resolution and stopped engaging once ACL was referenced. Very poor after-sales support.
I have spent over 2k on an entire PC setup… and this is the support I received.
WARNING - DO NOT GO NEAR THIS BRAND! Unless you go through an Australian re-seller as they do not honour Australian consumer law.
Follow-up · Online directly purchased from steelseries One of the desktop speakers had a fault in the cable causing it to intermittently work and then stop working. I was instructed by steelseries to break the plugs at the subwoofer and cut the cables to the desktop speakers twice and photograph it all together before a resolution was offered as part of their RMA process.
