I really don't know who to ask for help,purchased a split system aircon from also a year ago,went for a cruise. Came back to see the outdoor unit missing. Got the indoor system still packed in the box and can't find the outdoor Unit anywhere!

Hi there bought a Stirling 5.1 kw A/C and about to get it installed by a qualified Electrician . So warranty says 5yr in Home ? Does that mean if unit has any issue's what so ever that ALDI will fix it at my premise by qualified Electrician or replace and cover all costs.
I have never had to claim, but according to the info provided it seems so.

Question;- I have an LG air conditioner (mco9ah)works really well. but the outside box has rusted through, can I buy just the outside unit or do I have to buy both inside & outside units?.
Hi the air conditioner comes with both parts, normally the installer will want to replace both parts because its a sealed unit and works best with headunit made for outside unit. The indoor unit is nice looking.

Will cost min $600 by a trained professional electrician. Be warned though, some tradesmen offer 5 year install warranty and some don't...your appliance warranty is only as good as the installation. Warning #2 .. do NOT buy Stirling by ALDI they are a lottery.
Most RAC back to back installations cost around $500. When you see an add for installation by professionally trained electricians i would also be weary of that. They do a 3 week course on RAC installations were as a Qualified A/C Mechanic does a three year course, it is more of a lottery using an electrician then it is buying an ALDI A/C unit, trust me, i just had to do repairs to a clients brand new A/C unit installed from a so called professionally trained Electrician.
