A Great Company – I owned a Stihl dealership from 1997 to 2012. Stihl Australia sell good products and were an excellent company to deal with. In 15 years I never had a legitimate warranty claim refused. Within reason, the customer was always right. I would highly recommend their products, because of the company.

Awesome Customer service – I had bought a number of items from the guys at Stihl Morayfield. I had an issue with a water pressure cleaner that was surging and not working properly. The manager was extremely helpful and covered the work done under warranty and only charged me for one part even though it need a few. I would highly recommend the guys at Stihl Morayfield.

Excellent product let down by poor customer support – Stihl products prove to be the equal to the best in most of their product categories but they let down the product in Australia by giving some pretty poor customer service and backup.
