very talented and professional – I have adopted 3 of Nikki's babies They are all beautifully made with care and talent. They look just like the photos. Nikki is very helpful, professional. Baby's always posted promptly and packed beautifully. Questions always answered quickly. Totally professional and very talented woman.
Doesn’t respond to my emails – I have sent several e mails asking about my doll she doesn’t answer them I ordered and paid in full for my doll in 2019 and have heard nothing she sent some photos witch I approved but still no doll I will not be ordering from them again this was a custom order.
Stay away – I ordered a custom doll in December and she is drumming up new business and making dolls to sell already made for more money. She isnt responding to my messages. Stay away. She says up to 24 weeks...what a joke.
Never Received Doll – I ordered a doll for my daughter in 2019, we still haven't received it. The business owner no longer responds to emails or messages. Stay far away from this business.
Leaves people waiting for years – She doesn’t get back to questions even if people want a refund. She doesn’t keep them in the loop at all and people have waited 2-5 years for a $1,000 doll that’s worth about $300 by today’s reborn standards. Keep away!

removed] that this was a ‘cancellation fee’. The ACCC & Fair Trading states that lay by cancellation fees can not be more than the ‘reasonable cost’ of cancelling the lay by. So since this was a custom order and she doesn’t order kits or commence work until paid in full, there is no cost at all to her in restocking, the only reasonable cost she could claim is an admin fee perhaps, definitely not $160 worth. I am chasing her up on this but have yet to hear back. Which brings me to another issue I have, being that she was responding to all my emails really quickly while I had items on layaway still, but the minute I paid in full I have not heard from her, not even a confirmation of the order being PIF. Her website does state that orders will take 24 weeks to complete and it’s only been a bit over 2 months since I ordered, so I can’t comment on the quality of her work, but so far I am not happy at all with the level of customer service, or what I feel is her scamming people out of money with jacked up cancellation fees. I have also heard from other customers that she takes over a year to complete orders, which worries me, and also complaints about the lack of contact. If I’d known all this beforehand I would have gone to a different maker and I advise anyone else to do the same.
