We were initially interested in Australian Bluestone Pavers, but finding the prices out of our range, we decided to go with their European Bluestone Pavers instead. We're so glad we did! Our pool area turned out great, and we're really happy with both the price and the quality of the pavers.

Delayed project for 10mths had to source new company – Had to re-order tiles as was short, got told 4-6wks which was fine. Got lead up the garden path for nearly 10mths and was told every excuse under the sun including shipping container got dropped at the wharf. Project was at a stand still for 5mths due to this. No Choice re the stock you are allocated – I went out of my way to go back to this company to purchase some additional stepping stones. The original ones were quite organic I was told I would get whatever comes out first. The result was that I ended up with stones that have straight edges on one side Nothing like the shape of the original ones Id say pay a bit more and be satisfied with the product you end up with. The old adage you get what you pay for...

Do not fall prey on their terms and conditions-Never again – Read their terms and conditions and do not fall into the trap of losing up to 30% of your original purchase price when you need to return the products for whatever reasons. you are able to take this risks. I overlook the terms and ended up penalised with high handling fees. Consider if the terms provides you with enough time to plan and execute your projects, which may be unlikely. There are many other vendors that offers flexible and reasonable exchange/return policy. Some comes with no handling fees whatsoever.

Great quality – Best prices I’ve found for great quality stuff. Their customer service was honestly excellent, they have helped us worked out the quantities we need from our plans. Thank you guys!

waiting time – I have brought product there 3 times, and each time i have had to wait up to 40 minutes while my order was brought out to me, no other waiting customers, when i complained to forklift driver, he told me to "f...K off", do not give these people your money, absolutely no customer service or concerns that you are standing out there wondering when you will get your order. this place is a joke.

Avoid like the plague – I purchased "natural" bluestone crazy pavers, one of the crates delivered had been dropped at some stage resulting in a large number of the pavers breaking into smaller pieces. I rang and spoke with the manager who responded whether the pavers were broken or not they are still crazy pavers... Refused to swap the crate over or provide any… Read more

dispensation calming that if he wanted to supply a crate of broken crazy pavers he can because they are still crazy pavers. He did offer to take the pavers back and provide a refund if I covered the freight costs (??), difficult when the job is 80% done and finding good matching pavers elsewhere is near impossible...

I noted the product is nothing like the example images or the product description on their website and was told the description on the quote only notes "30mm crazy pavers" so I got what I paid for.

I spent $3,500 on pavers and out of the 5 crates one crate was obviously damaged, when raising the issue I was met with a dismissive attitude and zero appreciation of the customer. The manager also noted he already had my money so he didn't really care.

The product as a whole even when delivered undamaged is pretty rough - loads of saw marks, uneven thicknesses even within single pavers and chisel marks on the face where the pavers were "naturally" broken.

If I could turn back time I would never have purchased from them and certainly will never again, buyer beware...

Don't Trust Go Elsewhere – I paid $300 for arissing of tiles that came back sharp and unusable and needed to be re-done by my paver. Stone and Slate Discounts ignored my complaints for several weeks and refused to compensate me in any way. Shop around there are better and cheaper suppliers out there.

Poor customer service – We ordered about $2000 of stone early 2020. We were told it would be a 12week wait, we waited around 10 months. I asked for free delivery to compensate for the wait, and I was told that my opinion on delivery time was wrong and there would be no compensation for the delay. I told him that delay wasn’t acceptable and I would’t use them again and he said “I disagree and I’m sorry it ended this way”

Half the tiles unusable and refused to replace – We purchased silver travertine pavers for our pool area. There were no problems with ordering and delivery. When it came to using the pavers though, our (very experienced) tiler found that half of the tiles were poor quality, falling apart and crumbling with only a small amount of pressure. him to come out and inspect the faulty tiles. The Manager was trying to tell us they are fine (without even seeing them for himself). He said he would come a few times and never showed. The lady in the office said there were a few other complaints with the batch of stone we received, however the Manager denied there was a problem. When he finally came out to view the tiles, he said for us to put the faulty tiles aside to be replace......the Manager never came back to replace them and we ran out of energy to continue hassling him. In the end, half the tiles we paid for were not replaced and have to be thrown out.....along with thousands of dollars we spent on them. We totally regret making such a big purchase from this company.

Great help – They gave Really helpful advice. Giving us a Sample was useful. Friendly atmosphere. Highly recommended. When building a new house everything can be a mystery but when dealing with helpful people life is easier.

category too, as it was half the nearest quote we could find. It was well worth driving from Canberra to Melbourne to find them. These people are terrific to deal with. I am happy to recommend them without reservation.
