drive from where I live and asked them if they wouldn't mind texting me some photos in daylight of the actual tiles so I can see more of them prior to placing an online order. They already had a couple of pics of the tiles on their website but I wanted to confirm.

Within a short period of time I received several photos of the tiles, and yes they were exactly right, perfect. Not many places will bother doing things like that for fussy customers.

I ordered the tiles through their site and was told they would be ready for pickup in 48 hours (they were), and I collected them and they are just what I was seeking.

Polite friendly and courteous service from staff even offering me a coffee obviously realising it's a drive out there to pick them up. (I didn't have time but the offer was good.)
