Since we bought the Home Unit, been getting late notices of overdue payments for Administration Fund, Sinking Fund, Sinking Fund Special , Insurance Recovery plus on top of that we get Overdue Interest, and Arrears notice Fee. that we get the late notice and not the due Notice to pay . Answers is that we have send it to you, quarter after quarter , till we decide to let the Property Management to handle it. Sending a Recovery of a Deft to the Committee " saying that that we have failed to settle our debts to the body corporate followings reminders notices and letters of Demand" only to know this information from our Property management ARG . We did complaint and told them that is a false accusation. It seems that Strata Dynamics works well with Body Corporate and Managers, BUT most important forget and does not works in the best interest of the owners of the home Units. I have enclosed a statement to show our point on the mismanaged of our account from them.

Body Corporate Administration – Strata Dynamics staff are friendly and professional in providing Body Corporate support and information relevant to topic. Attention to detail and written correspondence is always completed quickly and distributed accordingly.

Reliable and Efficient service – In our 7th year using Strata Dynamics to support management of our CTS, we continue to find their staff advice and support most valuable. Kylie, our manager is supportive, proactive and timely and helps keep the committee moving on important matters. The Strata Finance and Contracts team are also efficient and responsive. Show reply

My review – Our body corporate have had two bad experiences with body corporate managers So we contacted Strata Dynamics who I used at another body corporate. I rang Toby and asked him if SD would be interested in taking us on and his reply was yes. Our last BCM left a mess to clean and Toby with assistance of his staff sorted it out. Professional service – Matt has been our BC Manager for one year. Since making the switch, everything has run very smoothly. He deals with issues promptly as they arise. He keeps us well-informed and runs things by the committee as required.

All of the reviews have been from committees – We should be worried about impact on communities and not just committees. Warning for future owners or occupiers - there is no independent and fair process with this “business”. They only care about the body corporate even if it is not the correct legal avenue. Not good for reputation if you try to rent or sell. Could say more but appears most reviews are fake or biased for this Company
