The instructions were of no use, the panels should have labels to help identify which panels go where, it is flimsy, bent out of shape and cannot be done by one person. It was a waste of money. I’m very disappointed with this product In my opinion the top panel should fit over the sides, front and back panel instead of fitting within the unit. Still disappointed with this purchase which will end up in the skip bin.

Hi Frederick, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. I'm sorry to hear about your experience with the product.

I understand your frustration, particularly regarding the assembly instructions, the lack of panel identification, and the condition of the product upon arrival. We appreciate you bringing these concerns to our attention, as this feedback helps us identify areas where we can improve both our products and customer experience.

To assist further, could you please provide some photos of the issues you encountered, including any bent or damaged components? Once we have this information, we can review the matter and discuss the options available to help resolve it.

The condition at arrival was fine, no issues with that, the issue is with trying to put it together, trying to work out it there is a specific left and right side panel, which way is up or down for the back panel, which is the upper and lower panel, a better design for the upper panel for fitment and much better instructions with clear photos for people who have no building experience but can read and know how to use a screw driver.

Thank you for clarifying and for providing further detail about your experience.

I understand that your concerns relate to the assembly process rather than the condition of the product on arrival. We appreciate your feedback regarding the lack of panel identification, the difficulty in determining the correct orientation of components, the design of the top panel, and the clarity of the assembly instructions.

Feedback such as yours helps us identify opportunities to improve our product design and installation instructions.

Thank you again for taking the time to share your experience with us.

Sturdy great quality cabinet – Purchased two of these cabinets after looking at similar cabinets in Bunnings. Have to say these are much better quality than similar sized and priced cabinets at Bunnings. I found them very easy to assemble and everything lined up very well with the two I purchased and all for a great price of $199 on sale.

Excellent – Like the previous reviewer, I bought a Pinnacle cabinet from Bunnings, of similar size. In short, it was just a flimsy piece of crap! A frustrating waste of time. I took it back and thought I'd then try Stratco. Even at a glance Stratco's is much better constructed and finished. It proved easier to assemble too, although I agree that the assembly instructions could be better. Not only is the cabinet everything the Pinnacle should have been, it was also cheaper!

Strong, easy to assemble, good value – I bought this unit mainly to stop rats eating anything made of plastic, making nests and getting into garden products such as blood and bone in my shed. (I live on a 4 hectare property.) Having recently assembled a Pinnacle storage cabinet from Bunnings with similar dimensions to this, I was impressed that it was so much simpler to put together. The bits, some already preassembled, actually fitted firmly together and there was far less screwing and puzzling. (Having said that the directions should have been 3 times the size to clearly identify shelves from top and bottom, and front from back, and much more detailed.) No doubt a 2nd pair of hand would have made it easier, but I did it by myself with the help of fixed vertical surfaces to help brace bits in the early stages.

There's no way I could have assembled the Pinnacle storage unit on its own!

Compared to the Pinnacle, the unit is actually somewhat higher, deeper and wider and, on special, it was the same price. The quality was so much better: firmer, stronger and heavier powder-coated metal. Each shelf is rated to take 45kg versus 35kg for the Pinnacle.
