I spent over $700 visiting the podiatrist and on custom orthotics which did nothing. Then I bought the Stryda soles and it was LIFE CHANGING!!!!! THE PAIN IS GONE!!!!! I can do hours of walking now with no more pain, no more stiffness in the morning and life has improved so much! I need a pair for every shoe because these are a must have!!! AND MY FEET DON'T STINK ANYMORE. AMAZING!!!
