I ordered a yellow stylus they sent me black! Like they think no one will notice? Do they even care? Very slack attention to customer service You guys need to pick up your act!

Do not buy from this company. I bought a stylus pen for my daughter for Christmas. I realised I bought a Samsung galaxy a9 not an A9+ so I immediately emailed them to return. I read their return policy and followed the steps. I've never recieved a reply, ever.

They are scammers they charge for the original product but send you a two dollar fake and never respond. Neither do they refund your money so please be aware I have made complaint to consumer forum and to ACCC, LETS GET TOGETHER AND STOP THE SCAM

 Follow-up  · I had ordered a Samsung Z fold Stylus and they sent me a cheap replica. I waited for more than one and a half months calling messaging emailing everything. later on I had to make a complaint to consumer forum and then they said there was a technical glitch because of which my payment wasn’t refunded, but they refused to compensate for which I’m going to the consumer court

Very disappointed. Received item but very cheap packaging and product was cheap and wasn’t what I ordered. I tried many times to contact them by email but with no response at all. There is no contact number nor address. Also No one responded to the chat line. Wasted $100 Never received a tax invoice. Very dodgy from the start. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY

Ordered a stylus, it never arrived. The tracking number just says it's yet to be picked up, weeks after I ordered it. Company hasn't responded to my enquiries. Wasted over $100. Wish I'd read these reviews prior to purchasing.

Unethical company – Unethical company. Despite actually asking for advice on type of product to order, they refused to credit in full when it arrived and wasn't fit for purpose. Very disappointing to be ripped off, especially as a senior.

Ripped Off – I ordered a PACKET of 7 stylii, but only received 1. On closer examination of the order I could see that although 7 are displayed, only 1 is actually mentioned on the order. I normally order and receive packets of 10 stylii for the same price. I am very disappointed and will not return nor recommend this company

Service was excellent – I ordered a 4GB stylus pen and I received two for price of one which was a nice surprise. Unfortunately one of them was faulty. I let them know and I didn't expect to get a replacement, but I was amazed that they replied immediately and sent me replacements. Great customer service and the pens work well.

Great product – Grandchildren are delighted with their pens we can actually read what they are doing on their screens now. Great fast service very smart looking pens also. Highly recommend this product

Great product – Great product. Writes beautifully. I use it every day for hours. Very happy. Fantastic value for money much better than competitors. I have bought numerous stylus’ - the best so far.

I recommend this store – I'm not tech savvy and found the Stylus shop website most helpful. Purchasing was quick and easy, with regular email updates on my order status. Quality of the products and service is very good.

Faulty products poor customer service – I ordered a stylus pen which was faulty. I returned it and they only gave me a partial refund. Their communication was aggressive and poor. I would have been happy with an exchange or discussion if I was doing something wrong with it, an explanation.

Terrible service – My stylus pen broke not long after I purchased it. After four emails I still haven’t had a response from them. What a waste of money. If they can’t support their product why are they in business.

No response – I live in a rural community and shop online. Nine times I emailed stylus shop requesting an exchange of product but had no response. I was unable to find a phone number to make contact. I sent the products back for an exchange 6 weeks ago, but have not received my exchange, nor have I had a response. I have lost hope in Stylus Shop.

Great for Signing Documents – When you urgently need to sign documents and don’t have access to a printer, this is such a valuable and useful tool. A must have for any one working in an office or people needing to quickly sign e-documents.

Poor service, bad communication, not a quality online service – I have to shop online as I live in a rural region. I found Staff desultory and unhelpful. She actually seemed bored. Service from this online company is very poor. I could not recommend them.
