Good clear view, accurate readings – I intend to use my suaoki pf3 for Hunting. I have done some testing and found the readings to be very accurate and repeatable. I have only got to 473m so far but it’s fine so far. The focus is easy to find a good clear view, the lenses are supprisingly clear ( not like my Swarovski z5 but easily as good as my Leupold vx3.) so quite good. View is… Read more

kind of narrow so it is a bit limited if you want it as a spotting scope. At aproximately 600 -700m it is crisp clean and good edge to edge. Beyond 1200m across a small valley things start to get get hazy and focus is at its limit. I was going to spend $1200 on a big brand item but am happy for now with this item. Cost me $116 eBay worth a try!

Unsuitable for Golfers – Laser rangefinders are expensive, and the Suaoki PF3 attracted me for its $119 price on Amazon. I used the product at my Sydney golf course three times and compared the readings to different devices used by my playing partners. I found that this product is not suited for use by golfers as the focal point in the view finder is too great to return… Read more

accurate and reliable readings. I returned it and they refunded me without an issues.

The problem is especially evident when playing to an elevated green where only the top of the flag pole is visible. The device will return the distance to the ground before the green as it will not lock onto the flag pole. The problem is magnified as the distance to the flag increases. More than 150m away I found the rangefinder practically impossible.

I was also annoyed by the location of the battery and the clip used to unscrew the battery cap. This could have been designed better.
