Terrible – Followed the instructions to the letter. So sticky you cannot roll it out any bigger than your hand. Used so much flour to try and roll it out that the pizza ultimately tasted of that flour. Bought it half price at Woolworths and that was still way too much. Don't buy.

Not too bad at all – Short of making your own, this is definitely way way better than the alternative option at the stupormarket, Picasso's Kitchen. And I really value the suggestion to stretch your dough base over an upturned bowl: this gave a crust of the uniform thin/thickness of your personal taste, alongside the 'grippable' outer crust that is an essential part… Read more

of a good pizza. I took it out of the freezer in the morning and by dinner time it was very easily handleable and not sticky at all. The pack I had bought contained two doughs and their sugo, which was also above average.

Easy to work with, taste is reasonable – I love making my own dough. It’s a hobby and I pride myself on it. I bake all the time. Sometimes kids/life/stuff gets in the way. During those times, this dough was excellent. Pull out of freezer, thaw it, stretch it and make solid pizzas. Is the taste incredible? No. But I didn’t have to do anything to achieve a solid rise and crust. And it was… Read more

infinitely better than take away.

This obviously isn’t like making your own. However I’m not reviewing my own hand made crust, I’m reviewing frozen dough from a bag I bought from Costco. For what it is, you won’t be disappointed.

Follow the instructions and make reasonable pizza. It wasn’t too sticky unless I left it too long. It was as expected. The other reviews aren’t accurate in my experience.

EXCELLENT PRODUCT – Love love love this dough! Very simple to use and comes up perfectly in puffy stretchy deliciousness. Made ours simply with pizza sauce, pizza cheese, pepperoni and mushroom! Will definitely be stocking my freezer with more. Thanks!!!

Waste of money – Bought several pouches of this dough. Each pouch the dough was a sticky mess, even with flour they were all virtually impossible to stretch out . Ended up in the bin!

Super quick and easy – Bought from Costco. Left it on the bench to defrost, only took half an hour while I did other things. Minimal rise - but stretched beautifully, topped and in a super hot oven for 6 minutes. Probably should have done the 10 (instructions are 5-10 minutes) but still came out crispy and easy to eat. Very close to a Neapolitan style pizza - much nicer than the pre-baked cardboard rubbish you get at the supermarket. Will absolutely be buying more!

Total fail – I had planned to make a Christmas tree dip with this for Christmas day, the dough would not even rise!! I followed the instructions ( it didn't say how long this would take) but I did both suggestions at the end of the day/night, it still hadn't risen. This is total rubbish.

Totally useless – I normally bake my own pizza dough but thought I’d give this product a go. Worst idea ever. Sticky dough. Too loose. Had to add lots of fluor to even make it work. Truly was a pizza that tasted like cardboard. Don’t buy this hopeless product. Keep baking your own. This doesn’t save time. It adds more time. USELESS.

How? Not working – Rolling out to 30cm the dough is so thin that it becomes impossible to transfer the pizza dough to a hot pizza stone. Had 2 and followed the instructions to the enth degree. The only useable size to transfer is about 15cm.

Where have you been all my life? – I only discovered these last year after trying the Coles own-brand raw pizza bases, which are a bit sloppy and hard to work. These are brilliant- and in the absence of a rolling pin, respond well to a (not cold) riesling bottle! Fully authentic taste, you can roll them out dead thin, or a bit thicker if you like. Quick to defrost and so much… Read more

better than the dry, bready ones from the supermarkets. Winner winner pizza dinner! I found mine at a deli at Leichhardt NSW, then asked Meloney's at Coogee if they could get them in - and they did!

Authentic Pizza Bases Frozen – Grabbed a pack of 4 from the freezer section at Costco, Qld. A bit sceptical as most pizza bases are like biscuit or too thick etc. The Sugo tu range is absolutely fantastic. Left out of the freezer in a warm spot in the morning, and roll out later after thawing and rising. A "real" pizza base at last. A Qld company as well. Double bonus
