I hired a tuxedo last weekend for a wedding. It came 2 days before the event. The shirt was brand new in the original packagingand the tux fitted perfectly. email after my order to confirm my sizing, as they believed I would be better in a different size. I made a small change (in between what I had and what they suggested), and the suit arrived the next day. The suit was well made, matched the photos and description, but yes, I needed a new size. The jacket was perfect, but I wanted to go one size down in the pants, shirt and vest. I emailed them, they described the process, and it was just as quick and simple as they promoted. I sent the non wanted items back on the Friday, and I got the items on the Tuesday. It would have been within a day or two, but obviously the weekend gave it the extra day. This time, the suit fit and felt perfect. The whole process was easy, efficient, and the team were very friendly. In honesty, I am not a formal suit/tuxedo kind of guy. I wear it maybe once or twice a year, if that. I don't want or need designer labels. This suit felt and looked comfortable and quality, and I am happy with it.

they didn’t fit me perfectly. Fortunately, I noticed Suitor accommodates tailoring, but I opted to wear a pair of my own black pants instead.

I went with the red velvet suit, and it was an absolute showstopper! Not only did it make a statement at the event I attended, but I also received compliments from strangers on the street. While I’d love to think they were complimenting me, I’m pretty sure it was all thanks to the suit!

The entire process was seamless. Delivery was speedy, I ordered on Sunday night, and the suit arrived the next day. Overall, it was an excellent experience, and I would absolutely recommend Suitor to anyone looking for a high-quality, stylish rental suit.

the pants n jacket alone, let alone a good quality 3 pc suit. This is so affordable, even for people like us, living on an extremely meager income. I've read lots of reviews, good n bad but I can only comment on my own personal experience n I cannot praise them highly enough or recommend them strongly enough. This is my story from go to whoa; My son is an apprentice chef, hrs from 7am-10.30pm so clearly he can't try on clothes until he gets hm late at night. His brother was getting married on the Fri. Our clothes came promptly on the Tues, the day we specified but it wasn't until approx. 11pm that night that my son could try them on after he got hm from wk. I ordered the full 3 pc suit + the backup size. Nothing fit him except 1 of the jackets! Panicked to the point of hysteria, I got an email off early Wed morning n without hesitation Luke arranged for another set of pants, belt, vest n 2 shirts to be dispatched express post to arrive on the Thurs. Which they did and early. To my relief everything fit. If it didn't, it would of been an absolute disaster as it would of left no time to get another size replacement before the wedding. In addition to that, my son who was the one getting married, he too, ordered his tux from suitor n I found out later, so did his best man and groomsmen. There were massive differences in physiques between all the men, from tall, short, broad, slender and others, like my son, being notoriously difficult to fit as he is tall, stocky, broad neck but shorter leg length than most men his height. So pants are either way to long in the legs or way to short in the body area and barely reach his waist. Not 1 single man in the bridal party, including my son, had to have any of their clothing altered. To my surprise Suitor had them, literally, all covered, fitting perfectly to all their different shapes n sizes and looking absolutely perfect. The clothing was immaculate and stunning, truly, you could not tell they were rentals and they were all complimented constantly about how good they all looked. AND THEY DID!! I cannot thank Luke enough for all he did for us. He was outstanding. He replied promptly to my every inquiry with patience, professionalism n courtesy. He was the calm in the storm for me, reassuring me when I was in an extremely panicked state. Things can n do go wrong. We don't live in a perfect World. We did have a problem with our ordering, things did go wrong for us, through nobody's fault but when they did, they were handled and dealt with immediately. Luke went above n beyond to help n do everything in his power to get us the clothes we needed on time - when there really was no time to spare n we're not local in the Sydney area. To me that speaks volumes about the caliber of this company.

I needed a pink suit for a wedding as part of the bridal party. Suitor was very quick to respond to my questions about sizing and gave great advice regarding their optional add-on for the next size up or down. The suit arrived well in advance of the date I provided, and the initial sizing was excellent, so I didn’t need to wear the size up. Both suit options arrived clean and with no odor. Had a very good experience using this service. They delivered to the Isle of Man which was really helpful. The suit was as described and of good quality and the shoes were like new. When I had some issues returning the parcel the support service replied instantly and we're very flexible in helping me return the suit. I would highly recommend using this service. Show reply

Incredible customer service over live chat. Unfortunately, had to cancel my order as wedding attire plan changed. Spoke to Ezekiel who not only resolved my issue immediately but as a gesture of goodwill only charged me £5 cancellation after my email was not picked up within the correct time window. Hired a suit for my son’s event. The material of the suit was not great for $180 hire price we paid. If we knew it was cheap fabric we could have bought a suit from Kmart or Target for a cheaper price and got to keep the suit. Also pants were long on my son, size options are Sml, Med, Large etc Disappointed with the suit jacket and pants.

The suit arrived and was extremely poor quality—felt cheap, like something from Temu—and it was also the wrong size. I returned it promptly, but after six weeks with no refund, I had to follow up myself. policy unreasonable, but the fact that they wouldn’t have contacted me or refunded me unless I chased them is unacceptable. If I could give zero stars, I would.

Shocking quality and worse service – After complaining about the shockingly poor quality of a $300 jacket the customer service representative said it was “not my [their] problem”. From the outset of communication with Suitor they were aggressive and entirely unhelpful. Would recommend avoiding purchasing from them.

A wonderful experience overall. The Tuxedo fit well, was good quality, and came in a timely fashion. I had a few things I wanted to order on top and unfortunetly they were unable to be delivered in time for the event, but customer service was incredibly helpful, looking at alternative pick-up options so I could get the things I wanted. Suitor is absolutely the go to if you want to rent a tux or suit. They deliver to you on the day of you order before a certain time which is so convenient. They were also so easy to deal with!
