I was hesitant at first to buy my first puffer wayfarer as the price was significantly less than the competitors. I gave it a go and my parcel came in 3 days. This website is legit and they've got good customer service as well.

Unreliable ~ marketed price not honoured even though already purchased – Purchased Prada sunglasses for my birthday. Was contact & given two options, refund as the marketing team had incorrect price and they could not honour unless i paid another 175 on the 205 i had already paid. Only 25% off for an item i had already purchased. Sunglasses hut offered $300 so that makes no sense. Pretty sure this is illegal. Very disappointing outcome your marketing price should be honoured.

situation I don’t need any sunnies to purchase, and I desperately needed my fund back for Emergency situation, and for this I certainly appreciated, ps: carefully read the t&c before purchasing, peeps , as the red ticket sale is unrefundable to make sure you won’t give costumer service like Brooke A hard time to help you lol

After sending in 2 complaints, I still didn't hear from them and never got my money back, never heard from them again. They're a hidden Chinese company.

I'm very happy to say with Sunglasses Connection, I ordered on the 13th Jan, they kept sending me good communicative emails with tracking info, by 17th Jan arvo, they were sent to my house.

Very prompt, proper item received with a discount. Very professionally done and received!

They are Number one! – I have been dealing with SC for over 4 years now and I can only praise them for their quality of product but especially their service and response to issues, questions in general, after sales service. Delivery of product and spare parts is always prompt and in general quicker then they state. I wouldn't go anywhere else for Sunnies as it is always a pleasure dealing with them, especially Brooke who goes out of her way to assist.

Super easy, super quick and discounted – Looked online to replace an old pair of Mako sunglasses which were passed their use by date. Found the best price at Sunglassconnection.com.au.
