sunglasses over 3 months after purchasing them. I had a number of email conversations with a support person regarding this. It is now over 6 months since purchasing these sunglasses and I have not heard from SW. They are uncontactable on the 1300 number given. Worst nightmare for online purchaser. Do not buy through this company.

Excellent!!! – I ordered Tom Ford sunglasses and i was really satisfied with my order. It's hard to find this model of glasses, I checked on different stores and I was glad that they were able to source it out for me. Thanks

Good customer service and prompt response..!!! – I am quite happy with the service from Sunglasses Warehouse. The specific model what I was looking for was not available initially and later they helped to source the model I requested for. The whole transaction took about two to three weeks from placing the order and delivery of sunglass. Overall good experience and friendly customer support.

Refunded – After initially running into some issues with getting my refund for a return, I received it today. Putting it down to a miscommunication and I received my refund and an explanation/apology. Appreciate the customer service I received today.

No sunglasses, no money back. Terrible service – Ordered and paid for a pair of sunglasses their website said they had in stock. Didn't hear from them. Started emailing, was told they had been discontinued. Asked for my money back. Nearly a month later and lots of emails, no money. Took it to PayPal. Settled within half an hour. Would never use Sunglasses Warehouse again.

Then i was LUCKY to find this website and also very lucky that i used PAYPAL.

Don't wait and don't try to contact the seller but directly claim a refund with PAYPAL and also "escalate" this claim as soon as possible (there is a deadline in Paypal system).

managed to get tracking details from them last week... since then the tracking hasn't even been lodged at the courier, it's done nothing for 7 days!!!

now I've asked for a full refund however I believe that will be hard to get judging by others comments. lucky I went through Paypal who are very good with retrieving refunds.

Still Waiting for order – Hi, my order number is 100004665. It has been 1.5 months and i am still waiting for order. Every week they idiots are saying that we will ship you in 2 days and if i ask for refund they are saying that we can not refund money bcz we have your order. They are not responding any mail or phone calls. The service is really cheep and all are idiots.

BEWARE - BEWARE – I ordered and PAID for sunglasses on 26 April,2017 (in excess of $200). Still waiting for refund which was promised weeks ago due to Sunglasses Warehouse advertising a product they clearly couldn't supply. Numerous contacts to the company have failed to secure a refund and I'm now forced to pursue the refund of my money by contacting the authorities.

Able to supply RayBans no longer in retail stores – Sunglasses Warehouse were able to supply RayBan Aviators (RB3044) that are hard to get hold of (Small 52mm). The order did take some time to arrive (4-ish weeks?) but was in perfect condition when it got here, and came with a complimentary cleaning kit and screwdriver.

Sunglasses arrived quickly – I am quite happy with the service from Sunglasses Warehouse. I found the site when searching for new Ray Bans I ordered and received the sunglasses promptly. I would consider using them again next time I need new sunnies.

Do Not Buy From This Company – I am in the same boat as all the comments below. I ordered my sunglasses on the 10th Feb and to date am still without sunglasses or refund. I have escalated the problem to paypal so hopefully it will be resolved. This experience has taught me to research before I buy. It is now with Paypal being resolved. I think this company is waiting for the time frame in which the refund can be given to pass so they do not have to refund your money. Not happy! Dodgy – Do not buy from this website. Your order is constantly on back order which is not mentioned when purchasing the item, but when my sister speaks to them on chat they apparently have the item in stock (which is a lie). After nearly 4 weeks of processing I cancelled my order. Look else where as this site is just dodgy and will rip you off.

Do not order from this sham company – Ordered 2 pairs on 17 Jan 2017. Was still waiting on 2/4/2017 despite numerous emails. Tried to cancel and was told I couldn't because they had been "ordered". Four months after placing order still no sunglasses!!!! – I ordered in October and got excuse after excuse why I hadn't received my glasses. Waited until January still no glasses then it took over a month of daily emails after that to get a refund. Looks like it's common practice for this place!!!
