NOT SO TOUGH ! – UPDATE November 17th I lodged a Warranty Claim on this 2nd October, and was told it would be referred to their "International Team" for replacement. Haven't heard a peep since, so it looks like any Waranty is worthless. ..................................................................... Tired of coughing up to replace cracked screens on my mobile phone, I bought this "rugged" product for better protection. Sadly it only lasted seven weeks when the clip holding the phone into the belt base snapped off, rendering it useless and unrepairable. Also the built-in screen protector is not dust-proof .... fine dust particles built up between it and the screen within a few days. I won't be buying another one.
