Rude and false advertise – Do not purchase from this company. They are rude and false advertise and ignore emails requesting their details so I can take them through small claims court. Despicable company. Avoid at all costs
Doesn't care about customers!!! – Terrible service from someone in the office. Advertised on Ebay with guaranteed delivery before weekend. During the purchase I made a note to make sure it arrives before weekend Mother's day. He rang and said that cannot guarantee that. I said, I'll come and pick it up then, just give money for delivery back. And he cancelled the order. Doesn't care about the customers at all!!! Ready to let people down.
no customer service – I bought a chicken coop and half the mesh was missing from the window i contacted Super and Cheaper and they didn't give a super care ,no reply nothing take your money and run wouldn't buy from them again
Great customer service!! The absolute best!!! – I ordered a rc car and it arrived 4 days earlier then what it was ment to! When I opened it it had a crack in the shell, I sent a photo to let them know it had been damaged and they sent a brand new shell out within a few hours of me emailing them! Was super easy and convenient for me and I feel they went up and beyond to get me a new one without hesitation!
Terrible return policy – I bought the 1/10 tv crawler and it broke after the 3rd go. Charger never worked. Back and forth emails with the store to no avail so I brought the toy in. The guy basically said I could have crashed it and that’s why it doesn’t work despite there being no damage to the car. Refused to refund/repair/replace. The toy is cheaply made compared to other tv crawlers I’ve bought and not worth $250. Buy somewhere else!
Replacement Hose – Purchased a High-Pressure Hose for a Pressure washer and it had a leak! So contacted them and before I knew it It I had email confirmation a new one was in the post! Well done guys! I will be back to purchase for you again.
