Poor support for product – Sent email twice about replacing the battery. Because the screws are not Phillip shape nor does star shape works. And have not gotten any response back. If this is how they treat customers then I'll never say anything good about this company. Not worth the money. Show details

shipping. Company would not replace. Neither of those circumstances occured. I offered to send in the two broken components for inspection. Company refused because club was more than one year old. Classic case of BUYER be WARNED.

Waste of money – Not only did I not gain distance, After only swinging it 6 times, the battery was low, and they use these mickey mouse screws that you can't remove, I asked the company to send me a new one with a return shipping label so I could return it and my email was ignored. Show details

good idea for training at home – After a few swings 200-300 the training aide is in a bad state : plastic components on the shaft is in a bad state and the speedometer is unreadable . This device is really BAD . Show details

Don’t waste your money – This is a cheaply made product. The grip is not representative of any club grip golfers use, need hand alignment grip. Plastic components that are used on the plastic slide element to give feedback to find the maximum power point on downswing, works inconsistently or at all no matter how fast u swing. Save ur money and buy the speed stick with magnetic power slide gauging elements, better mimics real swing motion and feedback. Show details

Excellent training device – I had an issue with the first X10 whereas the digital quit working. I emailed the Company and after sending the email called - the Customer Service rep acknowledged they had just received my email and then explained to me that there was a problem with the first batch made. Supersonic gladly responded by replacing the defective model within a couple of days. Excellent Customer Service and an Exceptional training aid.

Dead on arrival – Pretty simple, I received the training aide, unpacked the unit and it would not turn on.... Asked for an RMA and refund.... Don't waste your time since their quality control is horrible.

Poor design – I purchased my second x10 after being told the design had been changed, monitor connections had been improved. After 3 weeks monitor no longer works. Great concept, very poor design!

Great idea !!! Bad design – As a Mechanical Designer for 40 years, First thing I noticed was the electronics in the head instead of the handle ... I think it would hold up better. I see a lot of negative reviews because it doesn’t work after a short time. No suprise. Jerry Calvello

Loud noise and no tempo – Where would you use a product like this, it make should a loud irritating noise, if you where to use at the range it would disturb everyone or you home or apartment or driveway. Try to reach the swing speed on the dial and readout makes one swing harder not faster this will throw your tempo way off e.g. come over the top, pull club before body… Read more

Company did not reply when the product failed first day – I tried to email them twice about my x10 display not working after about 20 swings. Never got over 100 mph or hit anything with it. Poor product, poor support and I can't even get a response. Would not recommend it to anyone else.

Great Idea, But poor Quality – My 3-star rating is based on 5-stars for the concept and 1-star for the quality of the aid. and I'll continue to use it even if the digital display fails. But, you are paying for the digital swing speed readout and I believe that you should get what you pay for.

X 10 Super Sonic, Great Ideal, Poor quality – I really like this training aid but I have had 3 of these my self like some others and the digital speed read out just quits no abuse just quits. The people are very nice I have been sent 2 at no charge but I believe I have to give up, poor quality in the electronics great ideal.

three. I give up. They have been courteous every time I called. Good concept and very helpful while it works, which is not very long - maybe 75 to 200 swings.

Something not digital? – The Super Sonic X10 Company does have a product that doesn't use digital. That product I have used now for almost 15 years with no problems, although it no longer looks brand new! It's called the Speed Stik.

It needs work – This is my 3rd x10...they haven't fixed the digital screen yet. So this last one worked longer, it still failed and not showing swing speed....

The shaft broke after less than a 100 swings – The shaft broke after less than a 100 swings where the pin goes through the shaft at the adjustable part of the club. It showed no sign of being damaged. I never hit the ground or any other object with it. The speedometer took off and went through the lattice part of my fence. The product concept is excellent but the quality is poor. I will try and get my money back.

Screen failed after 150 swings – Excellent concept,but let down by low quality. After 150 swings,the second number on the screen was replaced by two straight lines. At least it is correct within 10mph,but not the product I expected after recommendation by Hank Hayney
