Superior wardrobes great company. Neil the designer is a friendly professional guy. Very happy with the end result, installer was great as is product. Would always use them for anything they can provide. Excellent service in a world where good service rarely exists. Great team including telephone operators. Dawn.

Wardrobe installation – From the office admin, quote and installers, all were friendly, on time, quality materials were used and great quote. We couldn't have asked for any better. This company comes highly recommended!

AMAZING !!!!!!!! – We installed 4 Wardrobes in our home and i must say we are very impressed with the speed quality and the service. The installer came on site 6.30 to prepare and did not make any noise until 7.30 as promised. we will certainly be using Super Design Group in our next project.

BEWARE!! Disgraceful service and quality of work! – Stay away! They promise the world and delivered rubbish. They are expensive with poor quality materials and workmanship. We were delayed for 2 months then finally they delivered our wardrobes for installation. They were damaged and scratched and the installer still continued to install. pieces which they did only half of it, and at the same time, they damaged our walls. Now they don’t want to pay for the repairs of the wall (costing around $1200 from a professional), and they don’t want to know about it. They are very rude and demand full payment before job is finished. Very stressful experience (which is still going on) and suggest to look elsewhere.

Missed appointment – Appointment made for Saturday between 11 and 1pm 'We'll call 1hr before being onsite'. It's 3:30, no one answering the phones. Like people have nothing else better to do. Rubbish.

One group, did all the fitouts in my new granny flat – We've used superior design group service in full, they did all my new granny flat fitouts, the kitchen, two built in wardrobes, one shower screen and the windows curtains, all in one package. We saved the time in one quote, so happy for their kindness and tolerance for my changes. Thank you superior design group, we will see you again.

unusable bbq kitchen – We requested Superior Design Group to install an outdoor bbq kitchen which was to be installed prior to Christmas 2016 for our family Christmas function. installation of the joinery we found that the units where not built to the design we requested. They corrected this issue but one the 2nd installation we found that the inbuilt bbq and side burner did not fit the provisions they allowed for. Therefore, we were left with an unfinished structure sitting in our Alfresco area until they finally took it away sometime after mid Jan. A very disappointing experience!

They do have a very lovely glossy brochure though which suggests that they can design and custom make! Not from our experience!

before, the installer, Paul, called to confirm and he arrived at my house exactly as promised, 6:30am!

Installation was efficient, well done and he made an effort to clean up after himself. I had been recommended by a friend who had a built in wardrobe made by Superior and they were also very pleased with the result and service. Given my experience I'm sure there are others out there who are happy clients.

Poor quality linen cupboard – Requested Superior Wardrobes (Superior Design Group) to make and install a custom made cupboard for my apartment. (probably intentionally). Also noticed the clothes rail was not in the center of the cupboard which meant that the shoulder of my suits was compressed by the door.

'Superior Wardrobes'?? - I don't think so, should be 'Inferior Wardrobes'!!
