Dealing with Shanghai Supro Manufacturing CO LTD (chinametalworking dot com) has been nothing short of a disaster. They repeatedly failed to deliver undamaged goods, and when the products did arrive, the finish was subpar—scratches, dents, and overall poor craftsmanship. To make matters worse, their pricing is a complete ripoff. Not only are their rates unreasonably high for the lack of quality, but they also charge outrageous shipping fees that far exceed any reasonable cost. Communication with them was frustrating at best, with slow responses and no accountability for their mistakes. If you’re looking for a reliable supplier who delivers well-made products without hidden costs, look elsewhere. Shanghai Supro Manufacturing is not worth the time, money, or frustration.

After months of frustration, this so-called company delivered nothing but disappointment. Not only did they produce a defective, shoddy product, but they also had the audacity to charge FOUR times its cost just for shipping. The attached invoice is just for the broken product. Shipping was 4x that!! Communication? A nightmare. Technical expertise? Nonexistent. Lead time? Beyond excessive. I have the receipts—photos, messages, the whole mess. If you actually want a functional product at a fair price and on time, do yourself a favor and look elsewhere. This place deserves less than zero stars.
