Poor experience- $1200 sink destroyed- BEWARE – Sure seal product are the worst cleaner I have ever used. Followed instructions down to a T. Spent hours cleaning, did nothing to the grout, it actually looks worse now and as a bonus it destroyed our brand new stainless steel sink because etched the surface off. Sure seal quick dry stone sealer ruined out external travertine tiles – Sure seal quick dry stone sealer ruined our external travertine tiles. Notified the sales rep however, he could not help. We sent an email to Senior Management at the head office. We’re waiting on a response to see if we can get reimbursed for the rectification works.
Excellent product one of the best – All I can say this product is the best I have used. I put a sealer on my alfresco ceramic tile with grey white grout. Applied 2 coats to the grout an tile an now its waterproof an stain proof. If people give it a negative review its not the product its your preparation, tip is to clean the grout an tile with nylon broom an a good grout cleaner… Read more
everywhere an scrub the grout an surface let it dry for 24hrs as this will help the water to evaporate than apply this sealer. Why pay thousand bucks when you can do it your self.
