too busy and told him to come back in the afternoon. He did, but then they said they couldn’t take him again and asked him to come back the next day at 8 AM. He showed up, and no one was even there!
He wasted so much petrol and time just trying to get the service he already paid for. This place is unprofessional, unreliable, and clearly doesn’t care about customers.

Terrible ! Unfortunately there’s no option here for 0 stars – Took my brand new car for a was Saturday afternoon inside was not bad outside was washed with a broom and the car is severe swirls and scratched all over it. Been trying to contact them since and no luck.

Kirrawee outlet - Fraudulent sign? – I drive past regularly. The sign says 'Happy Hour car wash $15'. I once went in and asked how much to do a simple wash of my Land Rover car. They wanted a lot more than $15. Its not so much the money, its the blatant incorrect advertising. I suspect many people drive in, and when told the actual fee, they probably feel they have to accept it (now that they are there). I have no idea how good they clean.

charge told me he was the owner initially but when I asked for a refund he would not give me one. Gave me some mobile number and said someone named [Name Removed] was the owner. That number was busy and I couldnt leave a message. I will be contacting Fair Trading. Unprofessional and dismissive. There were 3 other people there at the time and all of them were angry too with the slow arrogant workers there. One Lady started vacuuming her car as she has been there so long. I told the other customers to contact Fair Trading as well. This car wash needs to be closed down.

Easily the worst experience I have ever had at a car wash! Kirrawee – Paid for the $45 inside and out clean at the Kirrawee branch and was left with a car that needs to be cleaned again. Parts of the exterior were completely missed, along with parts of the interior which were left untouched. The manager had offered to fix the issues, but considering I had already wasted time and money, I wasn't prepared to have them go over the car again. I had seeked a refund instead, however I was told over and over again that it was against the company policy. I've instead written it off as a bad experience. I will never be back.

Kirrawee outlet - misrepresentation – I purchased 10 wash card for $250 in August 2021 from Kirrawee outlet. I was specifically advised there was no expiry. I have used 3 washes. Today when I tried to get a wash, the employee advised the card had expired and refused to honour it. “The boss” was not on the premises and it was not known when he would return. In my view this was a blatant misrepresentation for which I have no redress. I would leave zero stars if that was an option.

offered the $159 worth car detailing service for just $50 together with a single stamp on the pre-paid card. I accepted his offer.
When I came back to pick up the car one hour later, I noticed the bird drop still remained uncleaned on the roof, and the car was not polished at all. Even the tires remained dirty. It was just a super wash (which is $55 here) at its terrible standard, but he overcharged for that (I already used $55 on the pre-paid card and paid extra $50 cash).
The boss was already gone. So when I asked one of the employees whether my car was polished, and he said, 'No, it was just a super wash. You only paid $50. No polishing.' It was clear that he was told by his boss to do just a super wash on my car.
So I felt I was conned and deceived by the owner. I recommend that you do not go there. If you choose to do, do it at your own risk.
Plus, the boss and most other staff members (except one young man) are rude and impolite. Their only phone number listed on Google doesn't work at all. I tried to ring them about dozen times over the past three weeks. It never responded. They said that's the only phone number customers should use.
Mini detail $205 – Payed for a mini detail car had not been washed properly dirt and mud on back of cabin and paid for a polish. Well that did not happen just pay for a normal wash

Was I mansplained – I am a woman. Took my 15 year old Corolla for a $129 detail. When I went to pick it up I noticed areas of the roof had not been cleaned. I looked and thought that no... this would be easily cleaned. He told me it needed to be cut and polished. (I have done this myself) When I got home I got my cheap supermarket car washing glove and yup, all cleaned.
Castle Hills Shop Closed without Notice – Paid over 1000 dollars for one year loyalty program, today I just found they left the business without any notice, new owner suggested many customers were trying to find them! Definitely scam, already lodged claim to Fair Trading.

Better than most – Paid for a luxury clean for sedan (about $80). Missed a fair bit of sand that was in the car and outside wasn’t washed properly. Had to get them to do it again which they did, and then was better. Quick service too.

Sydney car wash cleaners wearing rings and braislets – I observed 3 cleaners washing my car wearing rings and braislets, it should be company policy not to wear jewellery washing cars, no quality control at all, i will never use them again.
Fraud company – Don't pay wages to the staff instead block their number and started to tell they don't know them if the staff start to ask for the wages. Bring new boys every day for trail and don't pay them. That's their policy. Recommended not to be their for your car wash and people beware of such car wash if anyone is looking for job.
