FIVE STAR COMPANY – I would like to give Sydney Flyscreens a very high five for being very prompt with quoting and finishing the job over a period of one week , the quality of workmanship was very high . Would recommend this company any time.

Poor customer service – I rang this company twice including sending an email - they contacted me after the first call & send they would go to the house & measure the door - I never heard back from them even after the second call !!

No Issues – No issues whatsoever. The whole experience was painless and quick. Less than 2 weeks from initial contact to quote and, finally, completed installation. Very happy with the products as well. Happy to recommend Sydney Flyscreens.

Disgusting service – I have left over 6 messages for Todd to organise Flyscreen’s I texted him the dimensions and gave photos directly to his mobile still couldn’t organise a quote I rang his reception 3 times and left a message explaining the situation,the lady said she would have Todd ring me within 2 hours ..... still no response What amazes me I live within… Read more

Great service and products – Todd replaced all our Flyscreens in our 2 storey house and back sliding door with a No fuss and hassle free process with quality products at a competitive price. We Highly recommend!

Prompt and efficient – Phoned the office on Wednesday, Todd came out and measured on the same day and the flyscreens and doors were delivered and fitted on Friday. Todd is a straight talker and delivers on his word.

Highly Recommend. Easy and Efficient – Was able to receive a rough quote over the phone by measurements within 2mins. True to price after inspection. Door frame and screen was made and installed within the week. Final arrangements made easy through text. Todd was flexible with my work hours. Installation was done promptly with minimal noise thanks to Dave, great chat.

Worst service ever – Worst ever service. Emailed phoned and called and no response. But they were able to respond within 5 minutes to a google review. With the excuse of family issues. Hmm

Value for money and installation reliable – Booked over the phone, good website outlining costs upfront. Measure appointment was on time and efficient. 50% deposit required. Installation was completed as agreed via text and without fuss. Very happy with my service which was done within one week turnaround.

worth his time and effort to attend my suburb and put up fly screens due to parking issues. Notwithstanding he did not even ask if I had a car park he could use (which I do) he flat out refused. Yet I am reading he attends premises in Kings Cross which is less than a 5 minute drive to my suburb. Not only did he refuse to help me, when I asked for anyone he would recommend he refused to assist me in that respect.

[name removed] was absolutely the rudest service provider I have ever had to deal with, he sounds extremely lazy and not interested in doing what his business so clearly does, installing fly screens.

My advice is that he needs to learn some customer service skills.

On time/ on price / on the ball! – Needed a sliding screen door ( with cat mesh) in kings cross. Even though this place is hard to find, Todd turned up when he said he would, quoted and measured and returned when he said he would And VOILA! The job is ( well) done! You've been warned! – If you like to waste your time and money trying to tee up a measure and quote then you've found your flyscreen company. Even sms'd to ask them to confirm that they were NOT able to keep their promised call back. They couldn't even manage that level of customer service. One wonders why they bothered in the first place if they intended the MUCK-AROUND. Indications of the level of their integrity and professionalism. Probably a lucky break.
