Beware, tradesman goes under new business name – Please beware. This trademan goes under a different business name now and is still dishonest & ripping people off. The new business name is Sams Plumbing 101. AVOID. Do yourself a favour and call another plumber unless you want to pay excessive prices, be ignored and have unprofessional service post sale.

Dishonest, poor quality work. Do not use these guys – No warranty supplied when promised. Installed a cheap product when we agreed and paid for quality products. No show to fix the issues that are meant to be covered by his workmanship. They used our bath towels to clean up glue spilt and still remains on my tiles. These guys shouldn’t be in business.

Not Honest! Excessive charges! They give your number away – Not honest. Come to unblock our drain outdoor on Sat. I got a bill $660. Then the plumber said we need to replace the pipes. received Excessive phone call & SMS from the plumber from Sydney Royal Plumbing. He wanted us to book the “replacement job with excavation for $5000”. I said we wanted to wait and didn’t want to ruin the garden. Then I started getting Sms and calls all the time. Apparently, they don’t take “No” as my response. Today I received a call from a person claimed to do work for my neighbour and asked me about plumbing work. How weird the plumber need to get someone to call me to check the status of my drain? I am very angry that mr privacy is intruded. How can the tradesman / contractor can give your private number to someone else. Or they worry about I find out they are lying!!!
