THIEVES. Purchased April, recieved an email moving premises. Now in June, constant emails back and forth. Twice they say DELIVERED. When you email to advise haven't received delivery you go and check letter box. No delivery. Email to check with their driver.. NO RESPONSE. Been a customer since 2025 recieved both my orders. 2026 DISAPPOINTED!!!!!!!

Aussie vape hub and Sydney vape hub are both scams. Better yet now they have a fake courier website with only a email address to get in contact. The scam has morphed into an additional $170 delivery insurance fee before they will deliver your package. That still never arrives.

Paid and send tracking number but tells me it’s still there and no contact and no emails now I’m trying to get money back from the bank

Scam, was told my order would be here last Monday, then it changed to wednesday, can't seem to get any tracking numbers either. now it magically been seized by customs because I refused to pay an extra 200 dollars in "insurance". funny how it works out like that LOL. anyway if you have any common sense these reviews are 100% accurate with the exception of that 5 star one. My only regret is a cannot give it 0 stars, Good luck y'all.

I placed a $503 order. Didn't get my order. I've sent emails and sms to the phone number provided no response. I have ask for my money back but no refund or reply to me. I know better not to trust them. I order on the 17 of April

This place will take your money and use their own label machine to make a faulty aus post tracking number. The tracking will never update past "label created by sender". 155 bucks down the drain, please learn from my mistake and do not buy from here. This is a scam. 15 days no contact and i paid express shipping, won't be seeing the products or the money back.

Disgusting website. Wrong information Scam and will take your money. They say “we will post by 6pm” They never do and keep lying constantly. They say minimum of $300 for vapes but then don’t send anything.
