Synoshi

Customer service was very good, I can't fault them there. I had an issue with my order and they very quickly helped me to recify it! :D That's pretty much as far as the "good" extends. I had a property inspection coming up, and because I'm… Read more

disabled, it's not easy for me to clean the bottom of my shower. I decided it was time to purchase a power scrubber, and Synoshi had a reel on FB of theirs with lots of different brushes, an extension so I wouldn't have to bend, and their customers apparently raved about it. I thought okay, let's give it a try!

The ordering process was pretty easy, or so I thought. I put the scrubber in my cart, went through the check out process, but suddenly I started getting the old "but wait, there's more!" popups. I didn't want any fancy heads, I just wanted to clean my shower without bending, so I skipped through the brushes. Then it asked me if I wanted an extension. Wait, it didn't come with one? I saw nothing about having to pay more for an extension, this was news to me!! :(

The scrubber itself cost me $51, apparently a saving of $119. $14 shipping is pretty good, can't complain there, although they now charge $13. Once I'd filled in my payment and address info, the purchase was, I think, processed, however, they kept trying to get me to add items to the cart with numerous popups. First was a second scrubber for a reduced price (it's been a while, I can't remember what I would've saved). Next was the extension that I thought was included, especially since they raved about being able to scrub floors without bending. That was going to cost me about $60. Next came a different type of brush, and then another type, and yet another type. I skipped through all the popups, trying to get to a point where I could just cancel the purchase, but by then it was too late. Had I purchased all of the accessories (I did buy the battery upgrade, but I'm not even sure I received it, and I don't know how to check to see if I did), it would have ended up costing me about $180 total, probably more.

So does it work? Yes. But in all honesty, I can't see myself using it successfully with the extension, because it's hard enough to control the scrubber to keep it in one area. Once you use a spinning brush, they're really not all that easy to control the direction they go in. Do I use it? We used it once the day it arrived to get the dirtier parts of the shower floor clean, but in all honesty I don't think either of my kids have used it since. It's not my job to clean the shower because of my disabilities, I just do what's around waist height to save me further pain. My kids are adults, so they're capable of doing it themselves. I know it's been used once since then by my son, but I don't think he was overly impressed either.

Bottom line? Yes, it would be much easier if I could scrub my shower floor without bending, but in all honesty I think a stiff broom dunked in hot soapy water would have done a better job than the Synoshi did with or without the extension. If my kids use it, fine, but in my humble opinion it was a waste of money that could have become a bottomless pit had I said yes to all the "extras" that would normally come with a scrubber like this one. Basically, I wasted my money.

Way overpriced compared to equivalent competitor products. And false advertising. Their Facebook graphic advert shows several brushes as well as the handheld scrubber. But most of those brushes and extendable handle are additional purchases. Whereas… Read more

competitive products offer up to 9 brush heads plus an extendable handle for around the same price as the Synoshi unit with hardly any brushes. And no handle. I felt conned, expecting a full set of brushes and a handle. I fell for their advertising. My bad I guess.

And to add insult to injury, I received two intrusive phone calls trying to upsell me to order brushes that I expected and shown as included in their graphic. On the first call I said "dont call me again" before I hung up. Two days later, the same aggressive upsell call. Number blocked now. Not recommended. Very disappointed

Having arthritis, I find it difficult to clean with the same vigour I used to have! The Synoshi makes things very much easier, since it needs little or no pressure to do its job. I actually enjoy scrubbing these days! Show reply

I love the Synoshi products, they do an excellent job especially with all the different attachments, I have the upgraded battery model motor unit and it runs for a really long time and allows me to get the jobs completed without any problems at all, highly recommended and thank you Synoshi Show reply

I'm 78 yr. old woman with arthritis in my hands, back, & knees. This appliance has been a life saver for me. I use it for everything from tubs, showers & sinks, to spot cleaning carpets, cleaning baseboards, & scrubbing pots & pans. I love it! Show reply

I use the Synoshi Wide Brush to do all my Shower Screens and they turn out bright and clean. i also use the Synoshi for the cleaning uses like the bathroom vanity etc. Its a great battery brush. Show reply

The brush head with flat surface bristles is built not to last. Even after gentle use the plastic around the bristles breaks away. If they chose to use something strong like abs plastic the problem would disappear., so would sale volumes.

I want to order a handle & cone brush for my Synoshi system I purchased on line. I am disappointed I can’t place an order for both. Can you help please?

False advertising on instagram. Show a product with angled head and UV light & supposedly a longer lasting charger. Received instead a fixed head unit with no UV light & regular charger. You have to pay to return items which I have done. Will see how long & if I get a refund. Buyer beware!!!

I first experienced my first sino4 about 4 years ago and been in love with the product i live on a rural property and spend most of my time wearing thongs so by the end of the day my feet get really dirty the synodic gets my feet really clean I bought one for my neighbour he said it was the best thing to clean his feet I ended up buying 6 giving… Read more ·  1

I love the synoshi power scrubber. We have a new bathroom that's twice the size, the synoshi is a game changer when it comes to tough to get off marks and for time. 10mins instead of half an hour and my back loves the synoshi also. Thanks synoshi Show 2 replies

The synoshi brushes have been very helpful for cleaning due to my disabilities. They have helped me with housework and general cleaning without causing me to struggle due to hand problems. They are easy to use and have a good selection of brushes for various tasks. Show reply

The entire synoshi package is well worth the price. I does a great cleaning job. If you are young and supple then the hand held version is fine. A senior? the extended handle makes the work a breeze. High, low. it matters not. It works to perfection. My only problem was in ordering the extended handle. Synoshi solved that. My wife is definitely happy with the purchase Show reply

I bought a Synoshi and extra brushes. I have been very impressed how well it cleans. I have used it mainly in the kitchen and bathroom. It cut the grung in sinks and around the toilet. It is also great on baseboards. I highly recommend it. Show reply

Great tools for those hard to reach places. Like the white sponge for doing windows …does an amazing job. Don’t be afraid to spend your money on this product. Worth every penny Show reply

I’m always sceptical about on line advertising but this purchase has been brilliant! Our floor has a slight grain that held dirt that our floor mop couldn’t get out but my Synoshi has changed that. The areas most affected have returned to their as new appearance. Plus with the other heads I’ve used it in the shower room and bathroom which are… Read more ·  1

obvious places but also plan to use it on my outside furniture and on my car (dog related dirt from shaking).

The scrubber can clean harder than I can. The variety of brushes for different tasks is great. The battery stays charged for quite a long time. The extended handle is something i wish it had and shortly after that they offered the extension. I also like the fact i don't have to buy a new scrubber with new attachments Show reply

Very happy with this product. Hold its charge very well. Powerful enough to really make a difference scrubbing hard surfaces. I’ve used it to clean the shower glass getting rid of the scaling. Also cleaning saucepans. Show reply

I absolutely love the power spin scrubber. It saves my back and I also don't have to touch the dirt. Getting into corners is so easy now as well. Thank you synoshi Show reply

I love this cleaning tool! I clears away soap scum from my glass shower doors quickly. And also cleans the shower stall. And I have used it in the kitchen. Fabulous! Show reply

This Cleaning Brush with all the heads is brilliant! It comes with every head you'll need to deep clean multiple areas of your home. It's powerful and gives a deep clean. We cleaned my son's new house, which had sat empty for some time, before they moved in and it really was fantastic! It got in corners easily, the kitchen cleaned up wonderfully.… Read more ·  1

The bathroom wasn't useable except for the toilet but we were able to clean it anyway to get ready for the remodeling, and once again the corners were spotless thanks to this cleaning brush. It charges quite quickly and it's powerful motor is just that, powerful. It is having a much deserved rest after all the work it did on top of me using it at home myself. Great quality and well made and absolutely fabulous value for money. It does what it says it does and then some! Thank you, I'm very very pleased with my purchase and it's brilliant qualities! I've recommended to friends and family to spread the word. Brilliant!!!
