we are picking the photos from their original file. Expect replies at 2,3,4am. You have to keep chasing them as if you don’t they just do nothing and seem to forget. Happy to take the money and provide absolutely no service, they then have the audacity to ask you to remove the poor rating, why would I do that when I still don’t have my photos?

essential equipment necessary to adequately cover the various settings and environments throughout the event. This resulted in critical moments being missed, leaving us with incomplete memories of our special day.

The attitude of the cameraman towards our family members was nothing short of disappointing. Their unfriendliness and lack of enthusiasm made our loved ones uncomfortable, which is the last thing anyone wants on such a momentous occasion.

To make matters worse, the final photographs we received were of appalling quality in terms of editing. They were nowhere near the level of quality that T-One Image flaunts on their social media platforms. It felt as if they prioritized profit over delivering the exceptional service they advertised.

The delivery process was agonizingly slow, with our printouts apparently coming from China. We had to take the extra step of requesting the raw files to hire an outsider for the editing work we had already paid T-One Image to do. This additional effort on our part was incredibly frustrating and entirely unacceptable.

The stark contrast between the fancy and attractive image T-One Image projects on social media and the reality of their service left us feeling neglected and undervalued. It's disheartening to think that they may only put forth their best efforts for certain clients, as we certainly didn't receive the level of service we were promised.

If there's one aspect of our wedding that I could change, it would undoubtedly be the choice of photographer. I would strongly advise anyone considering T-One Image for their wedding photography to think twice and explore alternative options that truly prioritize their clients' satisfaction.

Terrible! – As a parent I expect to be shown in my Sons Wedding Video. Tone image decided to only show the Brides parents. I am very disappointed. Ruined memory for me.

having the “pre wedding photos” at home and wanted the coverage to start at the park we had chosen for the ceremony. We met Jay, our photographer, a couple of weeks before the wedding and felt comfortable with him straight away and felt confident that we were in good hands. We discussed locations for the photos and drew up a time-schedule so the day would go smoothly. On the day, Jay was fantastic, expertly guiding my husband and I and producing some awesome photos of 2 people who are not naturally photogenic. He also worked tirelessly at the reception and captured great photos of all our guests and captured the great atmosphere of our reception. He took note of everything I had asked and took photos of all the little wedding details and of our musicians. I was really pleased when I saw all the photos he had taken as I was otherwise occupied on the night!

After the wedding, we were given a USB with all the photos as promised. The post production team were great, especially Janet, who was very patient and helped me get my photo book exactly as I wanted. Once I had made my selections, she sent me a draft layout and coordinated my adjustments. She would always respond to my e-mails in a very friendly and helpful manner.

The finished book was ready right on schedule and the quality exceeded my expectations. We have a beautiful book that perfectly captured our wedding day. I highly recommend T-one image and am very happy with my photos.

!!! Apparently fridge magnets and bills on a fridge were ' capturing ' moments . Repeats of extremely nonsensical moments were taken . Blurred slanted photos accompanied random NOTHINGS in each picture. A cup a plate and a 50 th birthday frame made it in these so called creative shot! Photos were not centrered . Eberythin was a breeze and the bridal party had so much fun - Rayson even helped us with a few self-choreographed shots!

who would be attending our day- Fitch. Once again, very professional and friendly. On the day itself, ample time was spent with my groom and groomsmen, and myself and bridesmaids prior to the ceremony. My partner is not the most comfortable when it comes to formal photography, and Fitch made it very relaxed for him, taking great shots of him and the boys just hanging out and enjoying a laugh and a beer. After the ceremony, I was lucky enough to have my beloved old horse attend for some photos, and Fitch was patient and accommodating, even when the horse wasn't!! He took some AMAZING photos I'll cherish forever.

In the time between the ceremony and reception, he took full advantage of the beautiful surroundings, and the fact it's taken us 3 months to decide on photos for our coffee table book is a testament to the fact that each and every one of these photos was spectacular! When it came to the reception, he captured the them of the evening- a big, fun, festive party enjoyed by all!! Fitch spent 10 hours with us that day and maintained his professionalism and friendliness through to the very end of what was a very big day. We were able to collect our photos within a month, which was very impressive, and we honestly couldn't be happier with the quality. Very easy to work with, great finished product! – We got married on the weekend and have already received a beautiful sneak peak of our special day only after 5 days. Dean was fantastic!! have provided pre and post wedding. We purchased a product to receive a wedding album and canvas print to which we have yet to receive and have had no contact from t-one without us chasing them. The photos they provided were average to say the best, many images focused on random things like a ceiling fan or people with uninterested expressions on their face, positioning of the bridal party was awkward and unappealing. We had chosen our venue for the fantastic photo opportunities but unfortunately T-One didn't take advantage of their surroundings, even with TWO photographers present on the day. Sure we could have pushed for different photos but on the big day we weren't exactly thinking about positioning and these people are supposed to be the experts and guide us! There are no or very limited photos of the bride by herself who should ideally be the focal point of the wedding. The end result does not reflect how we felt on the day to say the least. Post wedding they have not contacted us without us contacting them, there has been no followup for anything to date. My husband has contacted them to mock up a photo album but after that they never followed up anything with us. We are very disappointed and have found that photos from our guests are better then these so called professionals have produced. All in all it has proved to be a waste of 3k and we can only hope others do not go through the same experience that we have. In summation, words cannot express how heartbreaking it is to reflect on your wedding photos and hate almost all of what was captured on the day, especially when it was such a beautiful happy day for us as a couple and the photos do not come anywhere near emulating that.

Crazy dude with crazy ideas , love them – I had my big fat wedding in this January and used tone boys to handle the photo and video. is breath taking but it was, however, not my wedding.

On the day, these boys just kicked all my concern away, they get along with my family well and handle all my family member perfectly for group photo and family shots (the most headache part if you got a more than 150 guest in the ceremony lol) Location photo is full of fun, they running around and even lay down on the tram track to get a shot (safety warning mate lol). Things went nut during the reception, they flying around the dance floor like ninjas and after some of our guest lifting up the bride and groom, we managed to catch one of the photo ninja and lift him up.(I'm so creating a hashtag #liftupyourphotographer)

After a few weeks (5-6ish), we got the photo back, a couple of thousand of them, and they are AMAZING, everything is perfectly recorded.To our surprise, we even found some photo the photographer took when he was lifted up capturing some hilarious reaction from our guest. Now we have to painfully pick 150 photos out of thousands of good photos to make our album. Just from our experience, we do recommend them.
