Reebok are an awesome brand and I believe my case was a very rare one off, as my replacement pair are perfect and very well made. Bought a leatherman and some glasses. I emailed asking when the order might dispatch and got a super speedy response. I was just told the glasses were out of stock and they gave me my options all sorted within 10 minutes, very impressed.

I recently purchased some boots from TacSource despite some of the negative reviews. It appears from the comments that they've changed ownership and the current crew are nothing short of amazing. They're quick responses to email and nothing too hard attitude was a refreshing change. The prices, range and quality of products was awesome as well.

Fast and were priced well – Very sorry wrote a bad review on here that was meant for tactical gear not this company. I received my items fast and easy to deal with. Use tacsource not tactical gear. Show reply

Uncontactable with no customer service – Original rated 1 star - Ordered item about 2 weeks ago and received item with incorrect color. Tried all the contact us method on their website with no response. Phone rings out/msg function with no response and email with no reply either. Update 3rd June Finally got hold of the business and lack of contact was due to change in ownership. New owners have been more than accomodating and is contactable and provided a resolution. Not the new owner problem/fault but they are willing to work with me and sort out the issue.

Terrible, avoid – For transparency, original order arrived promptly. Then began the fun. Utilised the sizing chart which is provided on their website, which was incorrect. Terrible - no stock selling – Be very very careful - the company on line platform sells items they don't have in stock. [Content Removed]t sellers. I accepted the offer of a refund and asked for a full refund - the company didn't comply with their own offer.

Not good enough (Under Armour Valsetz boots) – I purchased a pair of Under Armour Valsetz boots from Tacsource in Feb this year (2021) This purchase was paid for by my employer. After only 3 months of wearing them only a limited amount of times, they are starting to wear out and fall apart.

Product order – I ordered three products one did not arrive. When contacting tacsource . I asked for a refund for the product that didn't arrive. I was then refunded no issues. Thank you. Show reply

Jacket packaging – I Received two 511 Peninsular Jackets yesterday and to my disappointment they had been put in the postage bag with no internal bag to protect the jackets. have received products from you they have always been in an internal bag to protect the items in case of the outer bag being ripped etc. it was disappointing to have received them in such a way, I have purchased many items from you over the years and the service you have provided has always been excellent. please inform your staff to pack items in an internal pack when sending to stop this happening to future customers. I live in WA and its a long way for products to be in transit especially if the bag is ripped and the Jackets are prone to the elements. The jackets have a value of $360 and to have to clean one because of it being outside the bag is not good

Amazing Products from Tactical Source – My son purchased a 5.11 backpack from them (Tactical Source) and it was delivered to our door in 3 days. The product itself is amazing, a year later it still looks the way he purchased it. He uses it for his football gear and takes it to training with him.
