Tags Direct

I did not give 1 star because for the last two years I’ve had great service. But this year the tags haven’t arrived. It may not be due to Tags Direct not posting them. But I wouldn’t know because I have left 4 phone messages over 2 weeks and I have sent 2 emails and no one has replied. The phone goes straight to message bank. No one ever calls back. I need tags for the livestock. Obviously I may have made a mistake when ordering and If I have made a mistake somewhere along the I wouldn’t know because no one calls back.

I did eventually receive my order just over a month later. By then I had ordered and received other tags from another supplier. No one ever rang back or emailed me.
